Tataco delivered such a great experience. The food was incredibly flavorful and prepared perfectly. My daughter loved her Una Pinche Carne Asada — she talked about it the whole ride home. The elote was delicious, my drink was just right, and the staff was so attentive and genuinely kind. Everything felt thoughtful and well done. I’m already looking forward to going back. -
Our waiter was Antonio and he was super nice, funny, and had great opinions about the menu! The drinks are superb, but I definitely was in for a surprise when the drinks came out. Hand for size comparison 😂 definitely eat here it was great! All the dishes my friends got were amazing, great portion sizes. I’ll be back! -
Went because Oscar from top chef is involved in this restaurant and it did not disappoint. Antonio was my server and he was amazing. Had me trying some of the best hot sauces I’ve ever had. The Al pastor tacos blew me away and the drinks/bartender was super great too. Lunch specials are on point. Will definitely be back. -
TaTaco is amazing!! It is one of my favorite Mexican taco places in the area, definitely my favorite in Durham. We often drive 35 minutes from our home in south Raleigh just to eat here. We don't know what they to make even simple rice and beans taste so good but it is magical. Our favorite dish is the enchilada verde, but everything else I tried like the Diablo shrimp dish with rice and the chicken soup have been amazing as well. Do not sleep on this place! -
This place is amazing. The food is great quality and the service good. I got the goat birria ramen. The broth is very flavorful. I wish it has some more fresh elements in it such as shredded cabbage or something to cut the heavy taste of the goat. It was very well done tho. Would definitely go back.
