Thanksgiving family trip for several groups. We enjoyed our stay as it was close to the NC family member we were visiting and close to the several of the major Durham attractions. The plus for us was the heated indoor pool which was hit for the kids in chilly November. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

The property is incredibly well-maintained. The common areas were spotless, and you can tell the team takes pride in the daily upkeep.

The room was consistently quiet and the bed was very comfortable. It provided the perfect, hassle-free environment to rest and recharge.

The staff was welcoming and efficient. Check-in and check-out were an absolute breeze, and they had all the basics covered without us ever needing to ask.

Overall, the stay met all of our expectations in the best way possible. It was a seamless, comfortable experience that we would happily repeat.

Our third time staying here and have always been pleased. Comfortable beds with a selection of pillows. Mini fridge works pretty well compared to most hotel mini fridges. Keurig is great. Room and bathroom spotless. Good service and great breakfast in their restaurant. Excellent location to Duke hospital with lots of restaurants very near by and a Harris Teeter within walking distance. We’ll be back!

I'm here every 2-3 months and know that this hotel offers a medical room rate. And less than 5 minute drive to the appointment. Most front desk staff are friendly and with a smile..the restaurant staff are always very friendly.

Exceptional check in service. The associate was beyond helpful. He even unloaded our luggage out of my car!! The room is very nice, beds are comfortable & the bathroom is fully stocked. I'm staying for a week while receiving medical care at Duke. Super convenient location. Highly recommend.
