Tiffany at Jewelsmith is by far one of the most talented, compassionate, intuitive jewelers we have had the pleasure working alongside. She reset my great-grandmother’s ring gifted to me by my late aunt that would become my engagement ring. Tiffany later helped us through the design process for his wedding band. What a gift to have pieces created with such thoughtfulness and care. We feel ourselves, our stories, and loved ones no longer with us will be forever honored. Mary at Jewelsmith did a fantastic job crafting my (now wife’s) engagement ring. My grandmother’s engagement ring had been passed down to me, and Mary created a custom, modern setting so I could propose with this family heirloom! I had a rough idea of the style of ring my wife liked, and Mary mocked up multiple versions of settings that were timeless and beautiful. The ring came out amazing - my wife said it’s even more beautiful than anything she looked at in stores like Tiffany’s, etc.
The process of working with Mary and Jewelsmith was easy, efficient, and professional. They walked me through the entire process, showed me how to identify that it was truly my grandmother’s diamond at pickup, and they completed the ring in a timely manner. Since then, we’ve returned multiple times to have it cleaned, and they even resized my wedding band on the spot for me. Jewelsmith is a great business to work with, I highly recommend them for custom jewelry.

I had the most wonderful experience at Jewelsmith! I took in two old rings of my mother’s and had the diamond band made into diamond studs for my two granddaughters. The other ring - a sapphire solitaire- was turned into a marvelous evil eye necklace! May worked with me and she had the most creative and perfect ideas! And Phil! Wow! His craftsmanship turned this amazing design into a spectacular necklace! What a great place! The whole Jewelsmith team is amazing, but a special shoutout to May and Phil for making this project so much fun!

I went in for a diamond ring appraisal as there are few places that will give you a value if you didn’t purchase at their store. The people at Jewelsmith were lovely, kind, and very professional. Got my ring back in about 10 days with a detailed appraisal of both the stones and gold band. The whole experience was great, and I will definitely be back to shop their beautiful collection of jewelry.

I was recommended to visit Jewelsmith by a dear friend and I have no regrets! I got my engagement ring for my now wife there and also the wedding band. In terms of the engagement ring, I worked with Delouis who was absolutely wonderful and kind. After telling her what I envisioned for my partner, we went through a few options from shape, to color, to diamond size. She worked perfectly with my budget and was an all around kind human being to work with. In terms of the wedding band, Tracy was amazing! My fiancee was able to communicate with Tracy on what we wanted and she was very receptive of our vision. She drew some wonderful sketches of some ideas, was open to our suggestions, and even went out of her way to mail us the waxes to Philadelphia to make sure we would be happy with the product. She was always energetic, welcoming, and communicative. This process was one of the easiest aspect of wedding planning and it's thanks to the wonderful team they have there who are committed to making sure you are happy. Would highly recommend Jewelsmith to all!
