We had an extraordinary experience at JewelSmith with Katherine’s lead. We immediately felt at ease looking at engagement rings and then wedding bands. The sky was the limit for our choices! Elements from one ring were added to another, and model was 3D printed. One of the unique aspects to our engagement ring design is as that we wanted a sapphire as the center stone. Katherine was able to provide several options of color and size appropriate for the ring design. AND when we told them that we moved our wedding date, they made it all work! A custom ring and a men’s ring in less than a week after design! We are so appreciate of their craftsmanship, kindness, and dedication. Every day when we look at our rings, we are reminded of this extraordinary gift they gave us.

I bought a custom designed ring through your company and it is precisely what I wanted. The design associate, May, was extremely helpful and unendingly patient with all my design requests and modifications. The symbolism is extremely important to me. Unexpected bonus: the laser engraving on Cobalt Chrome goes great with my magnetic watch. LOL (Metal spheres indicating time are driven in slots by magnets.)

While we have purchased many items from Jewelsmith over the years, I have never taken the leap of having something crafted from scratch. With outstandingd visionary help from Katherine, a Sapphire and white gold necklace as a surprise birthday present was concieved and translated into a work of art. And it is gorgeous! Yet another reason we will keep coming back - great staff, great artisans, and outstanding quality!

Tiffany at Jewelsmith is by far one of the most talented, compassionate, intuitive jewelers we have had the pleasure working alongside. She reset my great-grandmother’s ring gifted to me by my late aunt that would become my engagement ring. Tiffany later helped us through the design process for his wedding band. What a gift to have pieces created with such thoughtfulness and care. We feel ourselves, our stories, and loved ones no longer with us will be forever honored. Mary at Jewelsmith did a fantastic job crafting my (now wife’s) engagement ring. My grandmother’s engagement ring had been passed down to me, and Mary created a custom, modern setting so I could propose with this family heirloom! I had a rough idea of the style of ring my wife liked, and Mary mocked up multiple versions of settings that were timeless and beautiful. The ring came out amazing - my wife said it’s even more beautiful than anything she looked at in stores like Tiffany’s, etc.
The process of working with Mary and Jewelsmith was easy, efficient, and professional. They walked me through the entire process, showed me how to identify that it was truly my grandmother’s diamond at pickup, and they completed the ring in a timely manner. Since then, we’ve returned multiple times to have it cleaned, and they even resized my wedding band on the spot for me. Jewelsmith is a great business to work with, I highly recommend them for custom jewelry.

I had the most wonderful experience at Jewelsmith! I took in two old rings of my mother’s and had the diamond band made into diamond studs for my two granddaughters. The other ring - a sapphire solitaire- was turned into a marvelous evil eye necklace! May worked with me and she had the most creative and perfect ideas! And Phil! Wow! His craftsmanship turned this amazing design into a spectacular necklace! What a great place! The whole Jewelsmith team is amazing, but a special shoutout to May and Phil for making this project so much fun!

We had an excellent experience with Jewelsmith! We brought in family rings to have cleaned, repaired and resized so we could use them for our engagement. We were nervous about where to take these irreplaceable heirlooms and I’m so glad we chose Jewelsmith. The cleaning and checking process was complimentary and we felt no pressure from the staff to commit to the suggested repairs. Once we decided to move forward, they were super careful with our pieces and did an incredible job on the repairs. We worked with Erin and she was very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you!
