I stayed here for a conference relating to my job. Check-in with smooth since I had the Hilton Honors app. The room was nice and clean, and I enjoyed sleeping in the bed. The hotel itself is close to many restaurants and stores that are walking distance, which I did walk to. The price of the room was over $100 a night, which I think is largely due to the location. The only thing that was different from other hotels I’ve stayed at was that breakfast was not included in the stay.

Great location. 5 minutes to Duke. Next door to nice Harris Teeter grocery and other national brand eateries like Panera. Hotel was clean and friendly staff. Stayed here for Duke soccer camp and will stay here in the future. Very convenient for family trip

We were greeted after a long drive and bad experience at another facility by a very nice young man named TJ who was more than accommodating!! He checked us in quickly and provided great customer service. The room was clean and very comfortable.

The Hilton Garden Inn is conveniently located. There is adequate parking. The rooms are pretty good, although the beds are too firm for our tastes; did not sleep well. We may stay here again because of the location. You can eat both an evening meal and breakfast on site. You can get a $20 credit toward the cost of your breakfast for staying here, which may cover the cost you incur depending on what you order. But this place is more expensive than what we normally find, probably because of its location.

What an amazing stay we experienced! We checked in late one evening with a surgery the for the following morning. The staff was so kind and compassionate to us. They asked us multiple times if there was anything we needed or anything they could for us. Even wished us well with the procedure in the morning. When I asked about a late check out the young lady was so helpful in irking with me on the time we would need to leave. The proximity to the hospital was the initial deciding factor to choose this location. Add on top the usual quality you would hope for with a Hilton stay and the outstanding customer service we received, which is lacking in today’s society, will make the decision to stay here in the future an absolutely hands down decision. You all knocked it it of the park. The room itself was very nice. They do have a little restaurant and bar in the lobby with a nice porch on the side to enjoy on those beautiful evenings. Look no further for your place to stay!

Super friendly front desk staff, amazing shuttle driver but terrible restaurant and moldy shower curtain This hotel is a mix of amazing and terrible. The front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating. They honored my room preferences and were very nice. The shuttle driver was also very nice, showed me around, instructed what to see and how to get there. In general the hotel was clean, but it could use some updating. However, the shower courts in was moldy :( the hotel is also located by the train track and if you are a light sleeper I would recommend asking for a room facing the other side, since they don’t have soundproof windows. I would avoid the restaurant by all means. The servers were not friendly, the wait was very long, the food was very bland. I ordered scrambled eggs and they were very dry, lacked spices and the presentation was not great. I also ordered tea, which was served in a pot. The server brought hot water and poured the water in the mug before making the tea instead of placing the tea bag in the pot first.

I was there because I had an apt at Duke. They give you a discounted rate if you are a patient. They have a shuttle to Duke and trust me when I say this is an amazing service.Theu know exactly where to take you and you don't have to deal with valet or having ( I wasn't able) to walk the distance from parking to hospital. Food was great and so many other there to share their stories about diseases they are dealing with. This will forever be the best place to stay when visiting Duke. I cannot thank Hilton enough.

My stay was wonderful I was there about eight days and the staff friendly pleasant. After a long day wanted some drinks to unwind and they ran out of certain liquors certain beers. Had an issue with my room being service I guess it was forgotten or some kind of misunderstanding but it was quickly corrected the next day which I understand things happen. Great location for where i needed to be.

We stayed here after I received a liver and kidney transplant. Staff was very helpful and caring. I fell and had to be carted back to the hospital and management was very concerned. I suffer from PTSD due to my illness and I think of that hall on the third floor that looked a mile long when I had to walk it. Thanks for being good to us.

We've stayed here probably 15 times. Restaurant is a rip off prices are too high. Everything else is great. Friendly staff, and clean rooms. Location is great. Close to the hospital and close to some amazing restaurants

No USB port in the room NONE! yet there is a BIG magnifying lighted mirror in the bathroom. Pimples vs Checking emails or banking or blogging etc? Hilton's choice is pimples. Lol ok! Over all I loved my stay. The staff Victoria Essex and even Mrs Silvia the laundry lady were all fabulously kind. I will be back when Duke hospital requires another stay over. I'm well pleased and highly recommend. Just bring your USB boxes.

I am a Diamond member and I just want to say how much I enjoyed my stay. The front desk was welcoming after a long journey and how grateful was I to meet Sylvia in the restaurant!!!! She is so amazing, hospitable, charming, accommodating and super friendly. She made me feel right at home and went out of her way to make me feel welcomed. Sylvia really stands out, goes above and beyond and I hope she is recognized by Hilton for her guest first attitude and service. She is a 5+ star!! She’s awesome. Thanks so much.

Everything was fantastic! All the staff were the friendliest and most accommodating folks that I have had the pleasure of staying with! My wife had just come from surgery at Duke and they bent over backwards to make our stay as comfortable as possible! They are definitely on my to stay list when ever I come back this way! Would highly recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in this area! Love having everything at my disposal in one place food was terrific! Thanks for making our trip enjoyable and less complicated, your Hotel and Staff are top notch! As a retired Marine I know quality people when deal with them & you have my business from here on!
