Very disappointing compared to previous stays. Kleenex and body wash were both empty. Fewer pillows. Staff not as friendly. Place needs some attention. Just not as nice as previous stays.

Check in: Did mobile check in as I usually do either mobile key. Got notification that room was ready and went straight to room. Mobile key was no longer valid and was assigned a new room. Frustrating at 11pm
Elevators: the slowest ones I have ever seen!
Room: fine but extremely noisy refrigerator

Thanksgiving family trip for several groups. We enjoyed our stay as it was close to the NC family member we were visiting and close to the several of the major Durham attractions. The plus for us was the heated indoor pool which was hit for the kids in chilly November. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Shuttle runs to Duke University Medical Center, so a good choice if you need to see a doctor there. Great service for breakfast made to order. Contactless check in/out if you have to app.

We stayed here as part of the road trip south and it was comfortable, clean, and had a very nice bar/restaurant where we had dinner. Food was excellent and the bartender friendly and attentive. The breakfast was terrible - there were very few choices and the eggs were stone cold. You had to order toast from the wait staff and there was only one for a busy facility - took forever and was cold by the time it arrived. Night and day difference between dinner and breakfast.

Good location for Duke or downtown Durham without too much of a price tag. Ample free parking. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Breakfast is NOT included in rate, just be aware - but go 5 minutes down the road to Big Bad Breakfast instead. A few quirks about the room, at least the one we had, there was no fan in the bathroom and the sliding door also means no towel hooks. Also mattress was average to poor in comfort.

This hotel is great and has everything you need. Friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfast at the restaurant is awesome, and very close to the hospital. King Suite is great and spacious, liked the tub as well

Hilton has some of the best customer service anywhere! My daughter's softball team was playing in States at Duke University. I booked a room to be there with her, however I accidentally booked the wrong Hilton! The one I booked was 20 plus minutes away from where her and her team was. The young lady at the counter at that Hilton was extremely polite and willing to work with me, she told me if I could get a room at the other location she would cancel my reservation and would not charge me any fees. She even called the Hilton that my daughters team was at to see if they had any rooms but they told her they didn't. I drove to the Hilton where my daughter was to get her luggage to her, and the young lady behind the counter- Amy, was extremely helpful. I don't know how she did it, but she managed to get me a room! I called back the original Hilton and they canceled my reservation without charging me anything! Thank you to both Hilton's staff for making mine and my daughter's stay so much better! This is why I will always stay at a Hilton when possible!

I have just checked in . The rooms are very clean. As a member I have the advantage of skipping checking in and going straight to room. I usually like to face a fam in my room to help with sleep. I called the front desk and asked and her answer was one word No. I have never had an issue before and being in property management and my parents own a hotel, they usually keep fans for not just guest but also veneration and many other reasons. So I asked the housekeepers . In no time was a fan here and I was thankful and gave them some money. The front desk needs to work as their personal skills especially as a diamond members point of year but to anyone. They were rude yesterday as well when I confirmed reservation. I hope a manager keeps an eye out because I’m looking into leaving and going to another one tonight. Thank you for the sweet housekeeper and maintenance man .
Update- SINCE THAT FIRAT INTIAL OVERVIEW I had the property and hotel manage call me and apologize. It was just the the front desk said one thing “No” without following up something as; not to my knowledge, let me ask someone for you, or we have been asked before and they are lent out the few we have anything except no not followed by a courtesy statement. As I said the rooms are very clean, our dinner was wonderful and I had the salmon, fingerling potted/sautéed spinach . The staff is friendly on all ends and we will stay here again if the need arises no doubt!
