I just had some of the best customer service ever from Robert at The Clock Depot. I called about a problem with my clock. And I'm talking about a $20 clock that I didn't like. They were over-the-top generous, and helped me find a better option, just as if I was buying a $2,000 clock. When I am in the market for a nicer clock, this will be the first place I look.

This is the second time I ordered a Seiko clock from Clock Depot. Robert's customer care is amazing. He even remembered me after my first purchase. Can't get that attention at Amazon! Nancie from Portland Oregon
