Mr. Robert Pearson of The Clock Depot is wonderful. Absolutely 5-star, and I could not have had a better experience. I sought to purchase a particular high end clock radio that I had long coveted, and I learned that The Clock Depot carried it. Mr. Pearson welcomed both me and my teen daughter into the store, and he showed us around a bit. While I understand that The Clock Depot offers extensive online shopping, it's such a treat to be in an actual brick-and-mortar store! We received such exemplary service. I strongly recommend a visit just before any given hour so you can enjoy not just the wonderful, thoughtful service, but so many spectacular clocks ringing in the hour with chimes and bells. I will add that Mr. Pearson called me to let me know when my item came in, and he had set it up for me to see it work before I paid. Moreover, he gave me the most competitive price -- significantly better than ANY online vendor, including that horrible one that a plutocrat named after a South American river. Don't give that guy your money. GO TO THE CLOCK DEPOT INSTEAD!!! You'll thank me if you do.

I went online with The Clock Depot to purchase a rhythm wall clock like the one I purchased 5 yrs ago cause mine quit working I found one just like it but it was white and gold they shipped it to me in less than a week they did an amazing job packaging it I'm very satisfied and happy with my purchase and highly recommend The Clock Depot

5 stars is not high enough to rate the excellent support we have received for the Howard Miller wall clock we recently bought. It's a precision device and Robert continue to help us with any adjustments needed. You can tell they really enjoy helping customers get th most out of the clocks they sell.

Robert and the staff at The Clock Depot are first rate, all the way. I had an old German clock from the late 1800's that I needed help with, and Robert took the time to diagnose the problem and then point me in the right direction.

It shows a lot of professionalism to take time out of one's busy schedule, when a purchase from this location was not in the cards that day.

The only thing nicer than the decorative pieces on display, is the kindness, top notch customer service and patience displayed by the courteous and knowledgeable staff.
