I took my daughters and their two friends here on the day of their birthday. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, it was exciting and immersive. The game itself was thrilling, and they give you three opportunities for outside hints. This limitation actually adds to the suspense, since you have to think carefully about whether or not to ask for help. At one point when we did request a hint, a staff member came into the room personally. Because it was so dark inside and I happened to be standing close to the door, I startled him. He was so surprised that he instinctively dropped what he was holding onto the floor. It was completely understandable, but the sudden action frightened the kids, and it took them a while to recover and get back into the game because everyone thought he was really angry. Thankfully, it turned out to be just a misunderstanding.
