They have a really great selection of clothes and shoes that I loved. But even more, I realized I lost an earring in the store. The whole staff helped me look for them around the store. I will come back here in a heartbeat because of their kindness and understanding ♥️

The selection is amazing because they really go through each piece they take in to make sure it is in good condition and has value. There is not another place I recommend more than here for designer pieces. They are well priced, the staff is super kind and approachable. The fitting room is roomy and has a chair to put your stuff on which is the best! (I am throwing shade at stores that make you get creative on how to keep your things off the floor) Rachel helped me out today and was of course so charming and helpful. I am really happy with all the stuff I got and can't wait to see what they have next week!

As a consignor and a shopper, I hate the lack of discounts on designer items.

I consign things because I want to get rid of them (and earn some cash). I’ve had so many things either returned to me or outright donated when if they were just marked down, I’m sure they would have sold. On the other hand, as a customer, it’s so annoying to see the same pair of designer shoes or handbag rot on a shelf for six months because it was priced too high and never discounted.

With the rise of online consignment (eg The RealReal), it’s easy to find affordable designer things which is good for shoppers and sellers. I wish Mode would keep up!
