Honestly this experience was really really poor today. There was a staff member who didn’t show up and we started 30 minutes late but that was remedied with a discounted rate, however the rooms were in very poor condition. They were dirty and run down, the locks wouldn’t work without aggressive force that we didn’t do but had the escape room do. To his credit he did his best to provide a good experience and he did an amazing job at helping us out. We were just dissatisfied with the poorly operating escape room. Things were mostly broken and didn’t work. It wasn’t super kid friendly either. We did the Candyland room with family visiting from out of town and two kids- we left disappointed after driving and waiting for it to open to play. I would highly recommend checking out Game On Escape Room in Cary instead. It’s so much nicer!

Our family did 2 escape rooms this weekend for my sons 18th birthday. We need vampire manor and hurricane , we didnt win either one but came so close at both. The puzzles were challenging but we had a great time. Definite recommend and the price was wonderful!

What a great time and very helpful and friendly staff! A bit of difficulty with some locks which cost us some time but we are gentle folk ;-)

Family did A Hero’s Story on a Sunday and, initially was a fun time, until the final element malfunctioned. We spent a solid 15min unable to figure out the final clue—turns out it was broken. The host was very nice, offered a discount or a refund for another escape room if I would email them. I did email them but have not heard back. Not sure I would visit again.

The escape room was definitely run down and dirty. Some locks had to use hard force and the employee had to come in and open them. I wouldn’t come back.
