DoubleTrees are usually nice hotels, and this one is really well managed. It was a very bright and willing team from reception to the bar waiters to the conference people to the housekeeping supervisor to the chambermaids to the restaurant servers. It executed flawlessly.
I do wish I had had an easier time finding the button to raise the desk chair and that the air conditioning unit was quieter but the room had plenty of outlets and great Wi-Fi. -
Rooms are dated but clean. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Restaurant was super slow the one time I tried it, the one hostess/server was struggling. Good for an overnight, but unfortunately I had a week long conference.

We visited from San Diego and let me just say, this hotel is absolutely beautiful. The kids had the best time in the pool. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great as well. One of the staff members that stood out to me was Sanaa. She was so pleasant, welcoming, helpful and showed exemplary customer service skills. Your hotel is lucky to have an employee like Sanaa!

Do not recommend this hotel. Very dated rooms that do not feel clean - stains on chair cushions and walls, dirty grout and caulk lines in the bathrooms. Issues with the house keeping - drawers left open and furniture doors ajar after a house keeping visit. Ineffective HVAC unit in the room with an overall damp and musty feel, and a very foul smell in the room which was never rectified during my stay despite multiple stops at the front desk. Thriving population of cockroaches on the outside porches and patios, with some witnessed making their way indoors as well - shame, because the patios would've made for a pleasant area to sit in the evening otherwise. Otherwise, the food was very good, ample parking, close to the airport.

Good stay with great service. The staff here is very nice, including the front desk, the housekeeping team, the breakfast staff, and both shuttle drivers.The airport shuttle works great and is very convenient. I also enjoyed the nice pool area. My only minor critique is that the shower by the pool needs to be repaired. However, the overall experience was good enough to still give it 5 stars.
