The hotel was clean and spacious but the stand out in this property are the employees. All were kind and attentive. One in particular Martice, he was the embodiment of customer service. He greeted us at check in with a kind smile and catered to our needs. In addition there was a health emergency in the lobby and watching him tend to the guest with care was a true lesson in kindness. This property is extremely lucky to have this young man.

OMG! This hotel should have a much higher rating.
1. If cleanliness is one of your top priorities, then this hotel gets 100/10. Everything is spotless. Hardwood flooring. No carpet. No dust on windows sills, over A/C, in Bathroom vents, A/C filters etc.
2. Mattress is super comfortable. I had one of the best night rests. Spacious rooms.
3. Great location: 10 mins from airport and 15mins from downtown.
4. Very quiet which is nice after a hard day's work.
5. Restaurant next door which was pretty good. Everyone seems to have been ordering the St. Louis style ribs.

It's good. Clean. Quiet, no other noise from adjacent rooms or upstairs. Usual hallway traffic noises in the morning. Shuttle to and from airport. Tony Roma's and little Starbucks attached. It's not convenient if you don't have transportation, it is very far from downtown/attractions. About 20 min drive to Lenovo Ctr too. Also the hot tub/pool is no longer here so that was a bummer.

Upon walking into my room it was noticably warm and humid. The AC was running, but the room was warmer than the set temperature. The weather when I stayed at this hotel was mid-70s and rainy. The in-room AC unit was extremely loud, it gave an audible gargle when turning on, and could not keep the room a comfortable temperature. It was so humid that everything was damp and areas of wallpaper were peeling. One night I turned on the bathroom light and there was a cockroach on the floor. I didn't sleep well.
Pros: The room and bathroom was spacious. Loved the shower. The in-hotel cafe fit my needs perfectly.
Cons: The aged AC units need to be replaced to get humidity under control.
I didn't get an opportunity to use the pool or fitness room. -
We had a great stay at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Raleigh Durham at Research Triangle Park. The hotel was very clean, modern, and well maintained, and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly and made check in and our entire stay easy.
The location is also very convenient, with quick access to the airport, restaurants, and the surrounding area.
If you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with excellent service, I would definitely recommend staying here. We would absolutely stay here again.
