Great location and above average for the DoubleTree brand. It's a large facility. They have an on site restaurant and bar that's open until 2300 conference and meeting rooms, business center...but, no on site laundry. The location offers easy access to the airport and Research Triangle as well.

Very clean. Bed was comfy. Room was huge and price point was great. Nice location and staff was quick. The entire hotel was extremely clean and very nice. Would 10/10 recommend and stay here again. They also give you warm cookies and the cookies are great. Best hotel I ever stayed at aside from one Disney resort.

This hotel is definitely an amazing place to stay. The staff went above and beyond from the time we checked in until we checked out. We arrived an hour and a half early and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She has a great sense of humor and checked us in early into our and explained everything about the hotel and what amenities were provided. Since we checked in on Thanksgiving day and were tired we at the restaurant and the food was amazing along with the waiter. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I will definitely be booking another stay real soon.

We stayed here for a friend's wedding over a long weekend. Staff was friendly and made us feel right at home, rooms were clean and cozy, and the patio out back was a perfect spot to get some quiet in between wedding festivities.
Extra shout-out to the breakfast buffet staff who made absolutely sure that I had my decaf fix and did it with a smile.

Great location for attending a football game in chapel hill. Love that you can park close to your room to load and unload and parking lot is very well lit so we felt very safe. Rooms are clean and the bedding is so comfy. Front desk staff at check in and out was very personable and friendly and of course the chocolate chip cookies were delish. We had the buffet breakfast $18 on a Sunday. Might sound pricey but the convenience, variety and friendly staff was well worth it. Sure beat stopping somewhere else waiting in line waiting for food and delaying departure for travel by at least an hour. The Buffett had a large variety of options and quality was great. We will return and I highly recommend

Clean and modern. Staff is helpful and friendly. Located near pretty much everything. And not breaking the bank expensive. We will be staying here again for sure.

Everything was wonderful during our trip. The housekeeping staff made our trip even better. We left irreplaceable items in the room and Aracely turned them in. Due to living hours away the hotel mailed the items. So grateful to the staff who helped us! Thank you so much!!

Not a great experience, room smelled like smoke, another hotel guest had a key that worked for my room, rooms need upgrades but are spacious. Nice pool and outdoor patio

Decent hotel. The rooms are ok. The food at the restaurant was pretty good. The gym is a typical hotel gym, dumbbells up to 50lbs. They have a cable machine but no attachments for it.

Big hotel, spread out over a large property. It has a nice inner patio and pool area outside. Restaurant and bar needs work..selection/flavor/quality. I'd order in and avoid the high priced average AF menu. Rooms are clean, though dated. Clean is the one positive theme here though..the whole hotel is very clean. Don't pay for a balcony room unless you're one of the drunks on business conference here (otherwise they'll keep you up until the bar closes).
Overall a low 3.. I'd book elsewhere if I had a choice before coming back.

Had a great stay here for 3 nights. Enjoyed the outdoor pool and pool area. Nice seating outside. Nice bar and restaurant area. Staff was super friendly. Check-in was great.
The beds we're comfy, room was clean. I would stay here again.

The room was nice and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. The only thing I wasn't a fan of is I had to pay $15 for breakfast. If I'm already paying 200+ for my room, I think breakfast should be factored in and complimentary to the stay. It was an inconvenience. We will be finding hotels with free breakfast from now on.

10! Charlie at the front desk really made my day. I was having a horrible day and was not so nice to her but I apologized and not only did she forgive me but she made me a goodies bag and blessed me with a amazing room! She made my day better with her kindness, professionalism and understanding of how life can be at times. I pray with all my heart God will bless her times 10 folds for what she did for me.
