I wish I could give more than five stars! The service by Heather was impeccable. Attentive but not overbearing. I had the french onion smash burger, which is on special right now and hubby had the pub burger. I had a Wicked Weed Twist draft beer, and husband had the Kona Big Wave Golden ale. Both were worth a try. -
A great place to get dinner and catch the game. Bryan our server was an excellent host. The food was delicious and we looking forward to going back. -
Attended a Dallas Cowboy and/or Western themed birthday party.
Pleased with our two assigned servers who did an amazing job covering 75 guests! Orders were correct and food was well prepared. -
Where to begin… let’s begin by saying that this location has consistently and steadily gotten worse recently. I had given a 5 star review in the past but needed to correct the record.
Food: Pretty good for the most part. Sometimes not consistent. Recently had wings that tasted like salt, no other flavor, just salt. So bad they couldn’t be eaten. Usually the food is pretty good though.
Service: VERY hit or miss. Recently had a bartender ignore our party for 10-15 minutes while we needed refills because he was too busy doing…. Nothing. Not busy, not tied up, not cleaning or running food… just not waiting on people. Had to actually go engage him to cash us out even though we had intended to stay. Heather and Sway are great bartenders and give excellent service but their colleagues aren’t of the same caliber. (Especially the newer guy that I won’t call out by name… he needs training.)
Atmosphere: Do you like sticky bars and tables? Roaches? (Yes, a few visits ago a roach came across the bar and actually tried to steal a chicken tender off our plate.) What about smelly and hot bathrooms with broken HVAC? Poor lighting? Bad TVs? Well if so, this is the place for you!
Sadly, this place could be a gem with a little effort and some competent management oversight. -
Sway was our bartender, she gave us excellent service. She made sure our party was good every chance she got. She helped with drink choices at the bar, and made sure my food was prepared the way I asked due to allergies.
