Good hotel, and reasonably priced for a multi-night stay. The room has a kitchen area with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, silverware/dishes, and sink with disposal. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, even on the 4th floor. Room was clean, and breakfast was good. I liked the round eggs and oatmeal. Staff was helpful. One of the two treadmills didn't go above 1mph, but if you like a good incline and walking backwards, it wasn't too bad. -
My family and I have stayed at hundreds of Hilton properties all over the country.
This by far is one of the worst properties I've ever stayed at.
There are practically zero staff around. The hallways and elevators are super hot and the hallways also wreak of cannabis. My room failed to maintain a comfortable level of temperature. When I cantacted guest services about it, I was told it's because the sensor on the thermostat isn't sensing movement and the thermostat shuts the system off and there's nothing they can do about that....Seriously. I've come in and out for three days to a warm room... that NEVER got cool. My son is staying 3 rooms down and there is no issues with his AC going off due to "non movement" . I do believe the thermostat is broken or may need some attention as it's CLEARLY not functioning properly if it shuts completely off within 1 minute even if I'm moving around. The staff is obviously poorly trained in customer service as I've also overheard, during my stay, other customers being poorly treated and argued with. On to the miserable excuse for breakfast, the coffee is like swamp water and the available options are miniscule and sub par. Inedible comes to mind. For the cost of the rooms, (I spent almost $500.00 for 3 nights) I expect at least a decent cup of coffee, friendly, helpful staff and a comfortable room. The location was good, the room was of good size and the bed was comfortable earning them the 2 stars I gave. I will not choose to stay here again due to poor customer service and the below Hilton's standards in amenities. -
Stayed at Home2 Suites from May 27–31, 2026, and unfortunately the housekeeping service was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had.
When we checked in on Wednesday, the room appeared clean. However, despite a sign in the bathroom stating that housekeeping would service rooms every other day, our room was never cleaned during our entire stay.
By Friday, we had completely run out of toilet paper and Kleenex and I had to send to the front desk to request more. On Saturday night, we discovered the shower gel dispenser was empty and had to use shampoo to shower. Meanwhile, trash accumulated throughout the stay and was overflowing by the time we checked out.
Before anyone asks why we didn't request housekeeping, I've never stayed in a multi-night hotel stay where basic service had to be specifically requested. At a minimum, I would expect trash removal, replenishment of toiletries and towels, and a quick room check. None of that happened.
What makes this even more frustrating is that we spent Saturday night at the hospital due to a family emergency and did not return until after 3:00 a.m. Sunday morning. The room sat empty for most of the day, yet still received no service.
To be fair, the breakfast area was excellent every day—clean, organized, and consistently well-stocked. The breakfast staff deserves recognition. The location of the hotel is great. It is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops.
The biggest disappointment was the lack of management response. No manager was available at checkout to discuss our concerns, and no effort was made to address or compensate us for the lack of housekeeping service. After I rated my stay a 2 out of 5 in a Hilton text survey, the front desk called to ask what was wrong—but by then we were already checking out.
My questions are simple: Is this now standard procedure at Home2 Suites? If not, how does the hotel plan to make this right for guests who pay for services that are never provided?
Very disappointing experience, especially from a Hilton-branded property. -
This was an excellent experience! The room was large and had a full kitchen. The bedding was very comfortable... I've stayed at many high end resorts that weren't even close to the comfort of this bed and sheets. To top it off breakfast was included and delicious! They offered everything you could possibly want. They offered a med-stay discount that was very reasonable as well! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel! -
I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT FROM THE BUSINESS AREA, TO THE LAUNDRY ROOM, LET’S NOT FORGET THE FITNESS AREA OR THE AMAZING STAFF OR THE CLEANING OF THE ROOMS, ALMOST FORGOT THE CUTE KITCHENS, FULL KITCHEN AT THAT STOVE TOP MICROWAVE ON UTENSILS, TRUCKING EQUIPMENT, REFRIGERATOR, ICE BARSTOOLS SEPARATE BEDROOM, BOTH TVS COUCH IN THE BED OH MY GOD OH MY GOSH 15,000 STARS. Then just go there and get the room. Any room will do.👏👏
