I am currently in town at Home2Suites for a Business Trip with Bridgestone Retail Operations and wanted to get some dinner one night at a place close by so I did not have to drive. Ordered online from Freddys and walked inside to pick it up, I came a bit early so I had to wait, no worries. Upon picking up my food, I noticed I didn’t have the seasoning bottle I ordered. It was around 6$ so I was a bit upset. I asked the staff if maybe they had forgot it, and they informed me sadly they were out. I was disappointed at first, but then Mrs. Shenelle at the front counter told me to hold on and she will be right back. She came back with a HANDFUL, of seasoning packets! I was not expecting that, and that completely flipped my night around, completely not even upset about the missing seasoning Bottle anymore! I will be in town multiple times this year upcoming, and I definitely know where i will be coming back to when I’m in town! Always loved Freddy’s as the French Fries are unbeatable! But now I have a reason to come back even more! Thank you guys at Freddy’s, and thank you Mrs. Shenelle! God bless! And man was this food tasty!

Absolutely terrible. Just went in for lunch.
- First the kid at the register was pretty much whispering and sounds like he had a wad of gum in his mouth. When I asked something about the new menu item he had no clue what I was talking about.
- Second the order was wrong. We got it to go and had to return due to missing a fry.
- Third I ordered the “new” burger taco and wow it should come with a warning. I do not mind spicy food but if I got this for my child she would not have been able to eat it. I thought it had the thousand island style sauce and not their jalapeño sauce (I’m assuming)
- Forth I ordered the cheese fries. It was a tiny blob of cheese sauce and it was cold. I have included a photo.
Do not bother with this place. -
I had a great experience at Freddy’s! The **steakburgers** are exactly what you want when you're craving a classic burger—pressed thin with those perfectly crispy, seasoned edges that give them so much flavor.
A few highlights from the visit:

* **The Custard:** You can’t leave without getting a concrete. The vanilla custard is incredibly smooth and rich, and they don't skimp on the mix-ins.
* **Atmosphere & Service:** The retro vibe is fun and nostalgic, and the staff was friendly and efficient, even during a busy rush.
If you’re looking for a quality burger and a treat that’s a step above standard fast food, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be back! -
Very nice spot! An Old School American diner style chain, buy a really good one. Great fries and amazing frozen custard. I love the burgers too. The staff here is super friendly and the atmosphere feels like a genuine Old School Middle America diner.

It’s my first time trying out Freddy’s! I found their chicken tenders to be flavorful! 😋 The other two members of my crew also found their meals to be yummy! I’m not usually the one to eat fries, but good gracious, their fries (which were quite thin versus other fast-food restaurant fries) were delicious! I will definitely consider returning to this restaurant and location when I crave fast-food again! 😃
