Employees are great but, it has come to my attention that the tips at Jimmy John's go to the COMPANY, not the store employees!! 🤬 Is that not illegal? It's got to be consumer fraud, at the very least. Do Not Leave Tips!!!

The cashier was actually a nice guy as well as the sandwich maker but when I got my sandwich it’s like it was just bread, lettuce and tomatoes. I had one slice of turkey all the way around for almost 10?!!!!! I tasted more mayo and tomato than meat. I could’ve msde a sandwich at home. Like cmon. I really feel cheated out of the meat and money. I had to stop mid sandwich just to leave this review. Disappointed is an understatement. Unfortunately I will not be visiting this location again and will tell my friends not to as well. AND I gave the staff a tip, I wish I could go back and get the tip out the jar.
*UPDATE 1/19/2026. I’ve gotten an email from the operations support specialist. I hadn’t been able to catch the manager. Basically all I got was a “I’m sorry” nothing to make it right. No offer, no refund, no mention of making the sandwich again. More disappointing. If you are hungry DO not go here! -
ordered online for pickup and it wasn’t at the pickup area when i arrived 20 mins after ordering so i still had to wait in line. this is the smallest skinniest littlest sandwich i’ve ever seen. they also forgot ingredients. team jersey mikes

I come here about once a month to get sandwiches with my dad after helping him clean his shop and it's a reliably good lunch. The place is always decently clean, although the tables often have some leftover crumbs. Parking is tough, but so is any place on 9th.

I was welcomed and served quickly upon arriving in the restaurant. My food was prepared to perfection and I enjoyed the time I spent in the restaurant. The store was clean and orderly.
