We have been there for at least 4 nights now because of damage to our home. The thing I appreciate the most during our stay is the staff. Asia specifically has been very kind and helpful. She even remembered us after our first stop at the front desk. She is obviously very knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond. The rest of the staff there has also been very welcoming and kind. The hotel rooms have been well taken care of and I have no complaints at all.

Decent hotel but far from luxury.
Pros: Check in was smooth. Hotel breakfast was decent enough and the all staff were nice. The hotel is located directly across the street from Spectrum Center which is a plus. Comfortable beds. Train sounds were not an issue.

Cons: The room was fully carpeted. The one desk in the room had food crumbs from previous guests. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower were empty. The gym is outdated, has broken equipment and looks very dusty.

Some of my family and I spent a weekend at Springhill Suites Chapel Hill.. I had to wait when checking in but a gentleman came out and apologized for the wait(loved that😊) The staff was friendly, smiled and when I asked for a late check out it was done with a smile. Breakfast was good, the rooms were great, roomy, lots of mirrors, 2 separate sinks, beds were comfortable. The location was great. My family and I took a nice, long walk after breakfast. It was beautiful, the location was great! We had never stayed in Durham before but we enjoyed our stay. We hope to be back to enjoy a mini vacation soon!

This was 1 of the best-kept hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I have stayed in MANY hotels, in all different cities and states. The whole hotel was exceptionally clean, and staff was very kind and helpful. The pool area was warm and inviting which is very hard to find in winter time. I did not experience their breakfast but I felt the other amenities were wonderful so it probably was too. I wish I could find more hotels, in different places, that was held to these standards!

This has got to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. The moment you walk in you are greeted with exceptional services. The staff are amazing. My room was impeccably clean. So clean there was ZERO dust on the headboards. Yes, I check for that!!! The room was ginormous. It even had a separate office alcove away from the beds. My only gripe would be the breakfast. The sausage was overdone and the spinach quiche minis were burnt. Other than that I would give it 10 stars if I could. Well Done!!!
