I love this Panera. Everyone is so nice, even the people behind in the kitchen have great energy. I have never had a bad meal here and it's never just thrown together even when they are busy. It's clean every time I go in, kind of a relaxing vibe with the music playing, it's pretty quiet even with a bunch of people inside. They do a really great job here. It's Durham so there are 100 places to eat between here and my house but when I'm craving a meal I don't have to cook, 90% of the time I'm driving over here because I know it's gonna be good and I know the people working are gonna be great. 5 stars every time. They really have a lovely crew there. -
haven’t been to panera in a while but they really have upped their game! i got the steak and mozzarella sandwich it was delicious. the broccoli cheddar soup was just how i remembered it.
staff was friendly and professional and the dining area was clean and very open. perfect for getting some work done. -
This Panera is one of my go-to’s. I can’t recall a time that any of my orders have been incorrect. I learned this morning that apparently they moved away from their location, in Patterson Place, over to a new location within the same shopping area (previously PDQ). Trying to find them in order to pick up my order made me a little late for work today, but at least I know where they are now. I’m adding a couple of pictures of the new location in case it helps somebody else. -
The staff are great and the food is Panera - but the building inside is the opposite of what makes Panera enjoyable. No booths, no nooks, no cushions on the hard wooden chairs - it's a big open loud space that feels like a hospital cafeteria or the lobby of spme corporate building. Yhe Raleigh Amtrak station is cozier. -
I ordered a you pick two soup and salad through the drive-through this evening, took some time, but I was not in a rush…and as I pulled away, I’m glad that I checked the bag because I realized that there was no dressing. So I parked, went inside and waited for someone to be available to get me some salad dressing. I left and arrived back to my son’s baseball practice and there is no spoon to eat my soup 🥴 come onnnn guys!
