We celebrated a birthday and to our surprise it was so fun seeing the balloons and cake outside and inside store. This place is so welcoming of ones who come. The coffee and teas and treats and other items on menu were fabulous! Excited to bring more friends to come back! 🇹🇷 thank you staff for your kindness and great service!!!

I got the baklava latte, which was delicious but too sweet, and I love a sweet drink. It was also lukewarm/cool despite me getting it right from the barista, so I’m not sure the milk was steamed properly? Their cortado was good, but a bit pricey compared to other local spots. The danish we got was good.
Staff were incredibly nice and service was excellent. -
Lovely Turkish coffee shop. We found it on google search and visited it only to be very pleased 🤗
We went on opening week and they were giving free Baklava and drip coffee. Everything was excellent. I wish them all the success! -
Zephyr Coffee is such a gem in Durham. The vibe is warm and welcoming, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier—they really make you feel at home the moment you walk in.
We tried a mix of sweet and savory, and everything was spot on. The baklava was fresh, perfectly flaky, and just the right amount of sweetness. The borek was a standout too—crispy, savory, and filled with delicious triple cheese omg!!!. You can tell everything is made with care.
The coffee absolutely delivers. Each cup we tried (latte, americano, Turkish) was just excellent, and the cold brew in particular was outstanding—smooth, rich, and refreshing.
Great to find genuinely kind people and high-quality food and drinks - Zephyr Coffee is definitely worth checking out. -
Hands down best experience we’ve had! The Turkish coffee is absolutely amazing and when I say I want coffee that’s what I mean! The Turkish delight was so good and I hate myself for not getting a picture before we demolished it. I am not a huge baklava fan because I’ve never had Zephyrs baklava! It was so soft and sweet and absolutely perfect!!! We came for my birthday coffee and I couldn’t have picked a better place to spend my birthday morning!!!
