This is one of THE most lackluster Wendy's ever. Consistently. How? Its a busy commercial area location. The fries are ALWAYS too salty and lukewarm, burgers are old and cheese tells it all... it looks as if melted yesterday and hasn't seen any heat since then. The meat is also dry, proof these burgers have been sitting out for a long time. Food looks and tastes as if you bought it yesterday and left it out overnight. I wish they would do better. At least once in a while. Desperate for a lil lunch, I forgot how much I hate this location. Well, now I remember.

I usually would not review fast food lol, but I definitely got food poisoning from here the last time I ate here. It was not anything intense, but I did puke the following morning. I’m not a heavy eater so I knew it was this specifically because I did not eat much that day.
I could not tell you the last time I had Wendy’s after discontinuing sweet-and-sour sauce so this truly was a major turn off. I’m sure it is location specific that it was a cleanliness issue or even a food preparation issue. However, I will not be returning to Wendy’s on any day.
If you like, Wendy just don’t go to this location or any location Durham for that matter honestly. They all are sketchy. -
2nd time having an interesting time at this location.
This occurrence warrants a review- Blanca and Sofia. Apparently the reason I had to repeat myself multiple time was bc they can only hear "trucks in the drive thru" what does that even mean?
Very whatever, and seems to me as full of it but that's my opinion.
Also let's not forget the incomplete order. As a customer we shouldn't have to come back to receive something that's been paid for. Yall can keep the Cinnabon pull aparts ..maybe it'll bring the spark back. -
Popped in here while driving, my goodness the lady working was so polite on the speaker and even more so when pulling up to the window! The food was probably the best Wendy’s I’ve had any where in the country! Fresh, flavorful and the fries were just right! This was also the fastest drive through! I was shocked to have my food when getting my card back as well!

Was driving through and decided to stop for a quick lunch.
I had the Son of the Baconator meal with fries and a coke. My wife had a Dave's Single. The burgers were the best part. They were really good, and my wife liked the amount of ketchup and mustard on hers. The fries were a bit stale or had old grease, and chicken nuggets were underwhelming.
We walked inside with the intention of eating inside, but their were several ceiling tiles missing and a large portion of the inside dining area was roped off because of an AC leak. It wasn't raining and was leaking badly, so had to be the AC. The mess from the ceiling not withstanding, the rest of the area looked clean. The bathroom paper towel dispenser was a little tricky to use. I dried my hands on my shorts.
The staff was courteous and friendly. The customer before us had trouble communicating with them. Everything I ordered came out correct, however, and I didn't need to repeat myself, so I don't know what the previous customers problem was.
