Take a deep breathe. Now that is how it feels walking into the Hemptender dispensery.great open space with an inviting face. They have all of your hemp needs from paper and edibles to CBD oils. With their second location in Cary and their growing selection Hemptender is sure to be the premier destination point for the triangle area.

Please give The Hemptender all your business!! This is a wonderful establishment with the best staff who treat their customers like gold. I have a great experience every time and love chatting with the amazing staff. As you can see, all members of my household approved my latest purchase. Cannot recommend enough!

I wanted to update my original review because I believe great customer service deserves to be recognized.

Earlier today, I was frustrated because the store wasn’t open during the posted business hours due to a scheduling mix-up. After calling, the gentleman employee explained what happened, sincerely apologized, and let me know they were open.

I came back later, and I’m really glad I did. Stephanie was incredibly kind, welcoming, and apologetic. She took the time to explain the situation, and as I was checking out, the gentleman employee also apologized again and explained the scheduling mix-up again. They even gave me two chocolates and a complimentary drink, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

Mistakes happen, and what matters most is how a business handles them. They were genuinely apologetic, took accountability, and made me feel like they truly valued me as a customer. That level of customer service goes a long way.

I’ll definitely continue to be a customer. Thank you, Stephanie, the gentleman who’s name I didn’t get and the rest of the team for turning a frustrating start to my day into such a positive experience.

7/31/26 - I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this was really disappointing.

Google lists this location as opening at 10:00 a.m., so I planned my morning around stopping here first before getting a pedicure and heading home. I arrived around 10:57 a.m., only to find the store closed. The sign on the door says Fridays they open at 11:00 a.m., which already doesn’t match Google’s hours.

It’s now 11:17 a.m., and the store is still closed. There’s another customer waiting in the parking lot as well, so I’m clearly not the only one affected. I called both this location and the Cary location (specifically to confirm the hours of operation for the Durham location,) but no one answered. The Cary location’s voicemail isn’t even set up.

If your hours have changed, please update them everywhere and open when your posted hours say you will. Customers plan their schedules around business hours, and it’s frustrating to waste time waiting without any communication.

I left at 11:22 and they still weren’t opened. Hopefully they will be after my pedicure 🫤
