I truly love this place! I try to get a massage on the aquatic massage chair every chance I get. I’ve love my water bottle with the stones in the bottom not to mention the Crystal jewelry. The owners are awesome as well as their staff. They feel like my extended family and I love shopping here!❤️

The underwater treadmill is designed for relaxation and rehabilitation needs, offering both a comfortable and user-friendly experience. This is also just one modality of several holistic offerings. The Owner, Angela Maine, is a seasoned professional with a background in Physical Therapy, and takes special care in guiding first-timers through the process and explaining the mechanics of each therapy. I highly recommend and look forward to continued treatment.

Everyone who works here is helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Their crystals are beautiful and competitively priced. The underwater treadmill and hydro massage are game-changers! I highly recommend this small business.

This is where you want to go right after a long, stressful day at work! I stopped by and used the hydromassage table for 10 minutes, had a reiki session and shopped for some crystals and stones. I will have to go back for a massage and foot soak! The staff is very knowledgable and handpick the stones themselves. They helped me find just what I was looking for and I can't wait to go back.

Love R3 Wellness and the extremely helpful staff! Felt taken care of as soon as I walked in and ended up having a great conversation with the owner Angela while there. Their gem collection is extremely impressive and make great gifts! I also purchased their natural air freshener which has a great, relaxing scent. Way better than the artificial scented garbage most stores sell. Go check out R3!
