We chose the Land and Sea Buffet package for our event, and everything was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. All of our guests were extremely pleased with the food, and the quantity was more than enough for everyone.
The service from the owners was impeccable from start to finish. They gave us great options, guided us through the process, and were helpful every step of the way. We truly felt well taken care of.
My husband regularly eats here and was the one who suggested we choose them because the food is healthy, clean, and very tasty. I trusted his recommendation without even trying it first — and I’m so glad I did! Everything exceeded my expectations. My personal favorite was the pilaf rice which was absolutely spectacular.
We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them! -

Cafe Meridian had been my go-to for lunch in RTP for years! It changed ownership years ago, but unlike some places that go downhill when that happens Cafe Meridian got even better. The food is fresh with a lot of great sides to go with your protein selection. The menu changes with a few staples, such as the salmon (my favorite and somehow cooked perfectly almost 100% of the time). Their sides are healthy with a great mix of greens and proteins, beets, cooked and cold veggies. The prices are great, especially for fresh, flavorful, filling meals!

Such an amazing lunch spot! Only complaint is they have limited hours, or else I would eat here breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Rotating menu of awesomeness so you never get bored of the same thing. I do recommend the Bourbon Street Skewers with rice and make sure to try the Mac salad too. You have to try the WARM TOFFEE BUTTER CAKE! One of the best desserts I have ever had!

This little café was so good. My boyfriend got the burrito special with a side of rice and Caesar salad. I got the Spanakopita with pesto pasta salad and Caesar salad. It was really delicious. My favorite was the burrito if they have a burrito special, I would highly recommend it. There is a lot of food that is already prepared so if you’re in a rush this is a great place to eat. We got there right at 11am right before the lunch rush. The service was excellent they told us about what was in the food and even offered to bring a high chair over to the table for our son. The lemon water was a great touch. I love flavored water. This is right near my boyfriends job so we will be back soon.
