Conveniently situated between Durham and Raleigh, the newest location for this restaurant/bar/entertainment venue promises to be a hole-in-one. With three different levels, there is plenty of room for groups and crowds looking to have a good time in their 100 climate-controlled outdoor hitting bays, each with their own HDTV, on the rooftop terrace with fire pits, or inside with a cocktail and bar bites watching the 28-foot video wall. This is Topgolf’s third location in the state, with the first two North Carolina locations in Charlotte.

First time here. Started off great. Front desk was friendly & knowledgeable. We booked using the app so we just had to be assigned a bay. Top floor, great view, fun golf games. Server slowly came over took our drink order & got them entirely wrong. Didn’t take them off the check. I tried ordering a drink from the menu & it was gross. That one was removed from check. The pretzels were hot & delicious. The server didn’t buss our table until we left. Watched her “clean” the table next to us after that group left. Plates that were not used were not removed from table before spraying the cleaning solution so that misted onto the plates for the next group to use. Fortunately, we didn’t have to pay the $12 for 2 lifetime memberships.

Played two hours on Sunday discount evening. Crowded.

Pluses: bay was ready when supposed to be. Well lit. Clean overall. Friendly server. Good burger and salad. Queso and chips not bad too.

Minuses: I know the ball tracker isn't perfect but there were numerous times where it was off by like 6-8 feet. I mean... come on!.....Ordered food at 800pm. Salad and burger nothing too complicated. 830 no food. 840 asked server. "Backed up because it's so busy". Food finally came out about 850ish. Also their soda machines were out of commission so no promo dollar Pepsi products either. Hmmmmm.

Also could not use gift cards in lobby lounge for food while waiting either.

I've been to 4-5 different top golf locations. This had to be my most disappointing experience I've had with top golf!

Pretty fun experience. Came with my nephews the first time and they really enjoyed themselves. We did either 60 minutes to 90 minutes and it was just enough for us.

I ended up coming back with my cousin because we wanted their burgers. Their food is actually really good and enticed us to go back and play an hour worth of games as well. I will say going with an adult I felt it was kind of hard to eat drink and play.

The machine that dispenses the golf balls can be faulty sometimes and can add up time spent overall. Not a big deal, but something I would like to improve over the years.

When it comes to service, it is pretty well. It seems to be a little bit all over the place once you get upstairs, but they mean well. I never had a bad experience from the two times I went. I would just say it could have been better as well.

Overall, I like Topgolf. I prefer more with kids or groups, but I will say as a good pass time.

Unfortunately online reservations only had 120 time slot. 3 people for 120 felt like a lifetime. Food wasnt bad. I thought my drink was going to be in a glass cup based off the menu. Service was kinda slow

I went to Top Golf for a seminar on retirement by Tony Jackson, the Money Coach. The brunch buffet was late in the set up. The food was like frozen industrial food--no seasoning, no flavor, nothing unique. The muffins looked to be from the outside--they were sweet & soft. The fruit was okay, not the best, I did not get a drink, because all that was offered was carafe coffee and iced tea--not beverages I drink. Later into the presentation, I saw a staff person with 2 quarts of perhaps Tropicana OJ. The staff were young & friendly. Several times loud noises came from the service areas like a lot of items were accidentally dropped.
