A shopping and dining destination located at the intersection of Interstate 40 and Fayetteville Road, The Streets at Southpoint is a mall that’s as much fun to explore outdoors as it is inside. Designed with an old-fashioned Main Street concept in mind, the A.R.T. Design group created 23 bronze statues of children playing. Found throughout the mall, one of the better-known bronze statues depicts children playing in a water fountain outside the Southpoint Boulevard entrance. As you shop the national brands you love and local shops, look for the vintage-inspired murals that adorn the brick façade conveying old-timey advertisements. A movie theater and numerous eateries make Southpoint a perfect spot for shopping, dining and entertainment.

Seems to be that there is always an escalator closed here. Also the A/C in many stores suck and over heats as the crowds come in. Needs better air circulation. Whoever is in charge of Facilities for this mall and the Manager of the Mall need to walk every location and trouble shoot all the a/c units and escalators. Oh yeah if you go to the Starbucks expect to wait 30 minutes for your drink, the team there has no sense of urgency making drinks.

Finding them in the mall was a nightmare for me because I couldn't read the mall directory correctly. I was walking around the mall with an injured knee so it took me 3 times as long to find them. I MUST say the bowl was super delicious!!! It was worth walking around for 30 minutes.

Overall it's a pretty good mall. It seems like the sort of stores that are in there have changed a lot over the years. I can still find some things that I want here but for the most part it's a lot of specialty clothing stores that have a specific audience set and it's difficult to find something that I like. I understand the weekend rules as far as teenagers hanging out but it also makes it very difficult for my son to find something fun to do because he does not want to hang out with his friends and me at the same time.

This may very well be the best shopping center in the region, or at least around the Triangle area. Plenty of stores and friendly merchants/staff. There is an enclosed two level section of the mall with a second story food court. There are also plenty of stores and shops flanking the outdoor "Main Street" section, including an Apple store, Barnes and Noble, and other sought after destinations. The mall is well maintained with plenty of parking. If you appreciate manicured landscaping, fountains and unique artistic statuary, then consider this a bonus. Uniformed security personnel actually patrol the parking lots on foot (a rarity these days) and within patrol vehicles increasing the sense of security and safety that is highly desired by serious customers. Didn't see any bands of roving teens hanging out.

Very friendly helpful. My daughter loved the k-pop store there. She was in heaven and we loved seeing her smile and be happy. She couldn't choose what she wanted. We will be back to that k-pop store here.

This was my first time here. I met business cohorts here. I highly recommend this place. Food was excellent and the atmosphere was relaxed. The place was full. Relaxed and fun. The staff was very attentive to us. The portion size was very large. You can make two meals out of it.

I love this mall. It was my 1st time here and it's beautiful inside and a great place outside with really good restaurants. I will return.

It's my favorite place to go and enjoy the window displays and talking to familiar store employees. This place is big enough to find nice things and small enough to have a village feel

It's good to see that malls are still a viable business! This one is a pretty expansive one that also has a large outdoor walking section with much bigger shops to go with it! A decent children's play area, large brand name stores at each entrance like you would expect, and a food court with a varied list of options are also highlights of this place!

Mall hours are ridiculous. Closing at 7pm? Really? Couple of the store employees are caring way to much about return for their pay. Just because clothing is wrinkled doesn't mean it's been worn, just process the return, damn!
Great mall other than hours and occasional poor attitude workers.

Had not been to The Streets at Southpoint in several years, but as usual, it did not disappoint. Granted, I was in and out in less than an hour (only going for one specific reason), there are a good variety of stores and restaurants. Most of the malls closest by my home have gone out of business. Granted Crabtree is closer (mileage wise) but the parking and traffic surrounding there is insane. So, the drive to Southpoint with better parking is worth it for me.

The Japanese restaurant is really good! The spicy edamame was excellent, and the atmosphere on the patio was really nice, but it can get loud inside. I liked the cucumber mojito. Service was good, I will be returning!

Beautiful spot in Southpoint unfortunately I got here pretty late on a Sunday so I’ll definitely be back during regular business hours. Most stores had be closed and it’s connected to the mall.
