We came here because their Chapel Hill location, which is closer to us, has yet to reopen after a huge flood there. Luckily we got our order in right before a big rush of people, so that was fortunate. The employees here a very friendly and efficient.
We had a hankering for the creamy French onion soup. It's so comforting on a chilly day. I have to say, it's better in Chapel Hill. I don't know if the recipe in Durham is different, but it's just not as flavorful here. It's not bad, just not as good.

I and my girlfriend have here twice and the burgers are absolutely delicious! A lot of have been sacrificing quality for profits. The Loop uses quality ingredients and you can taste it big time! I was telling her it's the best burgers I've had from a restaurant in a long time. They're large enough to fill you up too. I've always walked away with a full stomach.

We had a nice lunch today… Asian salad with fat free ranch dressing and a cheeseburger with steak fries (although the tomato on the cheeseburger was not cored). The cashier was very friendly… and the bus person who had picked up our items when we were done is a nice gesture.

Delicious and good quality food! Had the all American cheeseburger for lunch and the meat was flavorful and cooked well. I like that they leave the bun open so you can add the condiments you prefer and the rosemary chips were yummy. Nice seating choices and open concept.

The food was tasty and had a noticeably fresh quality. If you're someone who values fresh-tasting meals, this spot is definitely for you. The atmosphere has a modern vibe that fits the area well, and prices were surprisingly reasonable compared to other places nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. One item in our order wasn’t ready when we were called up, but they brought it to our table once it was done. We tried two wraps, both solid. The Mediterranean wrap wasn’t quite my style since I'm not a fan of olives and tomatoes, but that’s just personal preference. I’ll customize it next time. Overall, a great experience. I’d give it 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Went here for the first time today. Great food. Bright, inviting atmosphere. This one is going on my regular restaurant rotation. There are so many amazing menu options. I can’t wait to try all of it!
