This is my go to location in Durham. Staff courteous, friendly and my orders are always right.

This place is terrible. The food could be handled a lot better, but who we fooling, right? And the bathrooms are a disgrace, not sure now with the lobby being shut down. Also Management sucks here. Brandi is very high & mighty. She’s the area manager I believe & power just goes to her head. I shouldn’t have to wait long periods of time for 5 items. Not when 2 lines are suppose to be open. Anita is another one. Plain rude that one there, I see how she treats her employees & she should be ashamed. Terry no better, seems like a good dude overall—- but he doesn’t know anything in my opinion. Always calling on someone else for answers. I’ve came quite a few times & each time I’m disappointed. I would love to see NEW MANAGEMENT HERE. One that actually leads. That’s what’s wrong with managers nowadays, they don’t lead…. But remember this TACO BELL AFFILIATES: what makes a great manager is a manager who leads. I’m afraid no manager at this location does this. I get you’re understaffed. How about hire more people, and start them out with a wage they can live off of, I’m just assuming the pay is low.

Nobody greets you, says anything
, or acknowledges you when you walk in. They just stare at you which is weird. A bunch of kids work here. Poor staffed location and food is warm. Also they move slow with no sense of urgency. I was so happy when i thought it closed down to become something else but ugh it's still there . -
Ordered on the app for pickup. Got the Naked Chicken Chalupa box. Some how that was the only thing that wasn't in the box. Have worked fast food before and not understanding how whomever is checking the orders missed this. At this point I'm just going to drive over 5 times farther to go to Del Taco because I have never had a missing or incorrect order.

I ordered Taco Bell via the DoorDash app this afternoon. I ordered the Cheesy Gordita Crunchy Combo and two additional items. I received my order and opened the bag. The cheesy Gordita isn’t in the bag nor is the soft tacos I ordered as part of the combo. They actually gave me the crunchy taco that goes inside of the Gordita and the soft taco that holds that taco but wrapped them separately. So I didn’t get the two soft tacos that were supposed to come with the combo. The order label on the outside of the bag has the total number of food items that are supposed to be inside said bag. It shouldn’t be too hard to count items to verify you have the right number in the bag. I felt like with the new renovations, maybe the store would be better at accurate orders but I guess not.
