Every time I try to give Taco Bell a chance, they let me down. Food was horrible except for the beef crunchy taco.But you can't really mess that up. It was also baffling that I waited for about 8-9 minutes for cold food. Service is always friendly, but food is worse than other taco bells. The service is the reason for the 3 stars... not the food. The nuggets were hard and dry and had some kind of seasoning on it that I did not ask for. Taco bell should probably stick to tacos.

Whoever owns this location needs to 1. Review when you have peak orders, 2. Staff accordingly, and 3. Train your employees to be efficient. Waiting for +40 minutes is wild for Taco Bell.
While at the window we observed the drive through employees on their phones with 10+ cars in a line that wrapped around the building. -
This is my go to location in Durham. Staff courteous, friendly and my orders are always right.
The new Mini taco salad is a great value. Staff and food are great. -
This place is terrible. The food could be handled a lot better, but who we fooling, right? And the bathrooms are a disgrace, not sure now with the lobby being shut down. Also Management sucks here. Brandi is very high & mighty. She’s the area manager I believe & power just goes to her head. I shouldn’t have to wait long periods of time for 5 items. Not when 2 lines are suppose to be open. Anita is another one. Plain rude that one there, I see how she treats her employees & she should be ashamed. Terry no better, seems like a good dude overall—- but he doesn’t know anything in my opinion. Always calling on someone else for answers. I’ve came quite a few times & each time I’m disappointed. I would love to see NEW MANAGEMENT HERE. One that actually leads. That’s what’s wrong with managers nowadays, they don’t lead…. But remember this TACO BELL AFFILIATES: what makes a great manager is a manager who leads. I’m afraid no manager at this location does this. I get you’re understaffed. How about hire more people, and start them out with a wage they can live off of, I’m just assuming the pay is low.

If you’re door dashing please beware of this location late nights. Was told I had to wait in a drive through line just to pick up an DoorDash order that’s already been prepared and ready for pick up. It’s about 12 people in the line. What’s so wrong with me walking up to the drive-thru window to pick up the order. Girl with glasses and a guy with a close cut have poor management skills and if you’re big on time they will mess you up..True door dashers know..Unacceptable half these people in this line are probably DoorDash and they probably are doing it on purpose because it’s late at night!
