The hotel was clean. The beds were okay, though not super comfortable. Highway noise but knew it was close by. Convenience was the main reason for selecting this location. We had scheduled two nights but decided to depart after one. I left our room keys at the desk and was told my invoice copy would be sent the next day. No inquiry about our stay or experience while there. The pluses were a clean room and the hotel appeared to be new.

So far I have stayed twice at this hotel. I intend to book here every time I come to Durham which will be often. Davis and Jonathan are excellent ambassadors for this hotel chain. They go above and beyond for the customer. The ladies at the front desk are attentive to your every need and the breakfast is varied and well served . You just cannot go wrong staying here. I look forward to seeing everyone on my next trip.

I loved my stay. I came down for a football championship and it’s right off the high way. Located near a lot of food places. Kai was at the front desk he was the best so nice. Johnathan was also wonderful. Also. I as able to cook my steaks on the grill with no worries and they was super nice. The fire pit is a vibe. My room was lovely big clean. I definitely will be returning and recommending this hotel stay to family and friends . I wish I could tell management how awesome their staff is !!!! 5 stars ❤️❤️

This hotel is new construction. It is beautiful. The customer service is excellent. The rooms are beautiful. The only downfall is thin walls. I could hear the children next to my room. I informed the front desk about it, and Johnathan switched my room with no problem.
