I truly appreciate the excellent services provided during our stay. I would especially like to commend Ms. Gwen for her dedicated assistance in transportation for us to Duke University. Her helpfulness made our experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, we had an outstanding experience with Home2 Suites. -
Stayed here for two nights. The hotel is close to Duke University. The location is decent, not my favorite part of town, but it certainly wouldn’t keep me from staying here again.
The hotel and rooms were very clean, and the common areas felt fresh and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of options each morning. One thing that stood out was the staff, every front desk employee greeted us with a hello when we arrived and a goodbye when we left.
The rates were reasonable. The only downside was the $10 nightly parking fee, which felt a bit unnecessary, although the lot is monitored and patrolled. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a good value. -
Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. It’s very close to RDU airport, next to the highways and surrounded by restaurants. The hotel is very clean and maintained. Our room was clean and roomy. The staff is very friendly and nice. Tom greeted us with a smile and helped get us checked in. We flew in from out of town and arrived earlier than expected (around 11am). Tom took him time to check and gave us great news that our room was ready and we could check in early. Very grateful for that. Tom made sure to explain all the amenities the hotel has and informed us that we could reach out to him with any questions. He was very welcoming, kind, friendly and professional. Their breakfast was great with many options for everyone in my family and again very clean and kept tidy. My favorite perk was the fresh baked cookies from 4pm-7pm. What a delicious treat. Overall my stay and experience was a 10/10.

We traveled from Hampstead NC (20 miles north of Wilmington) to attend a play at DPAC. We asked Rob, the hotel member who checked us in, what are the good restaurants and bars nearby that met our given parameters. Rob answered enthusiastically and with conviction that assured us a good time. And we did! All too often at hotels we get the ho-hum answer of ‘I don’t know’ and then the non-enthusiastic response of completing the check-in. Thanks Rob for the recommendations and your professional and yet enthusiastic reply. Great job well done!

Ms Gwen is an amazing person. So pateient and kind, she was a highlight of our stay.
Brie at reception was very helpful and polite, a testimony to the care of service provided to us as clients.
