From the moment you walk into this bakery, you can feel the warmth and high quality. Gladys, the owner, is truly amazing—her hospitality is absolutely top-notch. She welcomed me and my mother with so much kindness, and it made our visit extra special.
The pastries are incredible! You can tell they’re made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and everything tastes delicious. The entire place is spotless, inviting, and beautifully maintained.
I highly recommend this bakery. Not only is the environment clean and welcoming, but Gladys herself is such a wonderful lady. Thank you, Gladys, for receiving us with so much love. We enjoyed our visit and definitely plan to come again!

This small bakery is so nice!! Amazing, A1 customer service from start to finish. It was myself and my kids first time coming here. The line of treats looked too good to eat. My girls got a red velvet slice of cake and I got a slice of chocolate cake. My son isn't a sweet eater and tried to let him taste something, it was a no go. But they were so sweet and gave us a cinnamon roll for free. My son tried the cinnamon and my cake and he's in love now. The cake slices are a nice size that I ate half one day and the rest the next (finishing it up as im writingthis review 🤗). Great service, great treats, and great prices. I can't wait to go back and try something new!

I am so glad that I found Sunflower Basket today! The service was phenomenal and there were so many choices of the well-deserved sweet treat after a flu shot at CVS the building over. It’s just too convenient! The coffee is so so good and I will absolutely be back.

So glad we discovered this SunFlower Bakery Latin bakery next to the RTP in Durham .. They have so many delicious choices, it's hard to pick just a few. We loved the guava-filled puff pastry, Milhojas the Amazing Quesitos and Coñoncitos from Argentina. Don't forget to grab some Tres Leched , cookies, and even Alfajores! We'll definitely be back for more. Best Bakery in Raleigh Durham and owner Gladis was pleasant and joyful!

I love the fact that they sell pastries of different countries. The pastelitos de guava y queso are divine. The salporas de arroz (rice cookies) very soft perfect to dip in tea, coffee, milk etc. The apple turnovers are very soft and flavorful. The Salvadorean pastelitos with pineapple are delicious. The cinnamon roll with cream cheese are on point, they did not disappoint. This bakery is one that you dont want to miss! All their pastries are delicious! The owner and workers are very welcoming the second I walked in they offered help and took their time answering my questions and explaining each item. The owner/baker mentioned the bakery rotates pastries so if you don't see one it's best to ask, this is great because they are able to accommodate special orders with ahead of time. I am planning to return and place my special order. Don't skip this hidden gem it's worth it 😎💯💙
Les recomiendo esta bakery/panederia tienen de todo, pastelitos, galletas, pasteles y mas. Todo lo que venden es fresco. Tienen buen servicio al cliente. Tienen cafe para acompañar con todas la delicias que venden.

I went there yesterday since it was on the way to a friends place, I had no idea it was an El Salvadoran bakery. I’ve been to many bakeries all around the country and the world, this place has some of the best stuff I have ever had, my friends and I demolished the box of goodies I brought over. The quesitos were masterfully flakey, soft, sweet but not too sweet.
Recomiendo a cualquiera para probar esta panadería, tu vida sería mas dulce después.

As someone who is not a cake person, Sunflower Bakery has the most delicious red velvet cake I’ve ever tasted. Sometimes we just order cake for fun, even when there’s no event! Great customer service, great quality and looking cakes! Highly recommend!

Yummy desserts & lattes... we tried the cookies, lemon pound cake, Mexican wedding cookies and cinnamon roll.. all were excellent... can't wait to go back

10/10 High recommend!! The pricing was great, the customer was awesome too! We needed a last minute cake for my mom’s birthday and Dani helped make it happen! They made a delicious Cannoli cake with toasted almonds! Everyone loved it! My mother wants more for sure so we will be back soon. If you have not tried this bakery, please do! The shop was cute too! Good job!

Was in the mood for something sweet and found this local bakery down the road from where I was. They have a wonderful selection of pastries and cakes! I enjoyed a strawberry and cheese pastry and a blueberry and cheese pastry both delicious made with a light flaky crust! Highly recommend so check them and let's support our local businesses!
