I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. When placing my order, I wasn’t greeted, and the cashier wasn’t very pleasant. I asked for a drink recommendation, which she provided, and I clearly stated my order — including strawberry purée at the bottom of the drink.
When I received my drink, it was made incorrectly. I politely explained that I had asked for strawberry purée at the bottom. Instead of an apology, the staff began discussing the situation among themselves on their headsets. I even overheard the cashier acknowledge that I did request it.
Trying to be accommodating, I asked if they could simply put the strawberry purée on the side so I could pour it in myself. After waiting again, I was told I owed an additional $1.08 — despite the mistake not being mine. And let me add they barely added any strawberry puree to the cup maybe a teaspoon smh .That felt extremely petty and unnecessary, especially given the circumstances.
I then had to wait even longer for the drink to be remade, and at no point was there a sincere apology issued for the error or the extra wait. The overall attitude was very lackadaisical and not customer-focused at all, even while correcting an issue caused by staff error.
Customer service is just as important as the drink itself, and unfortunately, this experience fell short on both. -
I ordered a drink that includes a powder component. That powder was sitting at the bottom of the drink totally not mixed in, partially dry even. I asks the attendednt if they could mix it in as it was all sitting at the bottom. Her response, I can give you a straw. So I get to pull over, park my car and risk getting coffee all over myself to mix my own drink after paying over $6 for it. That’s not acceptable. -
Everyone was polite and pleasant. The facility was clean. The coordination and teamwork was great. My order was perfect. Thank you Daniel for being so kind about my complicated order😅. AMAZING! -
-4 Extremely slow drive thru line on Sunday afternoon. 15+ minutes and 10+ cars sitting in line, barely moving at all.
Would not come back or recommend. Fix your service. -
I went through drive through today, and I was completely appalled. I asked for a decaf coffee with cream on the side, however, I was given no cream and then charged $5 dollars for a small cup of just creamer!?
