The check in process was very quick and easy and the staff have been very helpful with any questions or concerns. The room was clean, with everything working perfectly. The internet was also faster than some other places that I have stayed. Having a Target right across the main street and some food options is also super convenient while staying here. Would definitely stay again.

I recently stayed here and am appalled by the lack of concern shown for my multiple customer service inquiries. I tried to speak with someone about the hotel manager's disrespectful behavior when I was asked to leave. Despite my financial difficulties and an attempt to explain a miscommunication about my weekly rate, the manager spoke over me, refused to listen, and evicted me. He even threatened to ban me from all Extended Stay hotels. This was the worst hotel experience ever. The manager's treatment was incredibly disrespectful. This hotel is not worth staying at given its condition. I simply wanted to discuss a refund, but the employees wouldn't even do that. I will never return and I feel sorry for anyone who might struggle to keep up with the rates. As for the employee who manage surveying these reviews do not reply to me unless you have something to say about me getting a refund.

I stayed at this location on November 7, 2025, and it was easily the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room was disgustingly filthy, reeked of smoke, and was infested with live roaches. I was forced to leave only a few hours later because the room was completely uninhabitable and unsafe.
There was no staff available onsite to assist me at the time, and I was unable to reach a manager for WEEKS. I first started calling that Monday, 11/10/25 because that's when I was told a manager would be available, I was given the run around ever since. When I finally spoke with the manager today 11/25/25, he did not apologize at all for the experience or inconvenience & when I asked how something like this could possibly be acceptable, he responded that it was “to my discretion".
Instead of offering a refund for a room I could not even stay in, I was offered a 30% discount on a future stay, which is insulting considering the circumstances. I did not even receive a proper apology for my experience, I work in customer service and this was not handled properly!
I paid $124.84 for a room I had to walk out of in the middle of the night due to bugs crawling around. Which is absolutely unacceptable. The lack of accountability and customer service from management was shocking.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value cleanliness, safety, and BASIC respect as a customer, stay far away. -
Ive stayed here for months and find the staff super helpful and almost like family. The wash room is run with coins or an app and that make doing laundry very convenient. Full size refrigerators and very comfy beds make this a must stay for me!!

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not clean, and there was a strong odor throughout. The condition of the room was poor, including rusted burners and visible wear. Noise was a major issue as well, with loud parties going on all night and very thin walls. The laundry room was also poorly maintained, with only one functioning dryer. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.
