We all know McDonald’s isn’t the best but this one brings a new low to that standard. Cashiers didn’t tell me the total before charging my card and then refused to give me a receipt when I asked. I’ve been here quite a few times and the drive-thru staff is always rude and unprofessional. Go to any other McDonald’s, pass on this one

They said they didn’t have cookies nor gave her money back.we work so haven’t had chance to go back.

They close earlier than they’re supposed to. If you close at 7, the bars shouldn’t be down at 6:50.
Not only that but on multiple occasions the girl who works there with the glasses hasn’t had the best attitude especially when ordering for more than just one person. It’s like they hate doing their job. -
We went through the drive thru and even though I state that we needed honey mustard dipping sauce twice and it showed up on the order, we did not receive any. This is the 3rd time that this has happened. My bacon quarter pounder was not suppose to have onions on it, but they were on it. Someone was not bothering to read the order while preparing it. The food was ready pretty quickly.

Very disappointing experience at this campus location. I ordered a latte through the mobile app, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was told the latte machine was broken. Instead of offering a comparable replacement, they said they could only give me an iced coffee, which is a cheaper item.
I asked for a replacement of equal value, but the staff insisted there was nothing they could do because the machine was out of service. If the latte machine is broken, why is it still possible to order lattes through the mobile app? The menu should be updated to prevent customers from ordering unavailable items.
I've requested a refund through Duke Dining and am waiting to see if the price difference will be refunded. At other McDonald's locations outside of campus, I've had much better experiences when an item was unavailable, they either issued a refund or provided a replacement of equal or greater value. This campus location should improve its customer service and inventory management.
