Sharon embodies living a life of happiness, health, peace, and ease. The care and intention she brings to her classes, circles, and retreats is evident from the moment you approach her driveway. As a repeat client, I can attest to the impact she’s had on me as a fellow woman and mother.

I had a blast today with the crew from Serenity Farm! I met new, amazing women and saw someone I haven't seen in over 20 years. We went to yoga class at Zinc House winery, came back to the farm for a delicious and nutritious lunch, went to Falls Lake for kayaking and paddle boarding, then came back to the Farm for a wonderful yin yoga class with a relaxing sound bath. I highly recommend taking classes at Serenity Farm if you like an intimate yoga class with individualized, hands on teaching and enjoy a serene environment. Sharon is a great teacher and a lovely person! Can't recommend it enough!

Serenity Farm is absolutely amazing and Sharon is absolutely lovely. She opens up her beautiful space for everyone and makes you feel at home. I have done two retreat style experiences with her and I absolutely recommend her for all things wellness. From yoga, to amazing food and some of the best conversations she delivers. If you have been thinking of taking a class or setting up a retreat this is who you want to work with!

Sharon is Durham's local yogi guru! My first time at Serenity Farm was for yin yoga and sound bath in nature's surroundings. So calming and helpful to my inner journey, it set the pace for my week ahead. I'll def be back!
