R3 Wellness is our fave! Definitely our third space. My daughter is VERY into rocks and the owners Jeff and Angela have been so helpful and supportive. They know her favorite rock is amethyst and have taught her so much about every stone in the store... possibly the world. Rock on! Ha. The HydroMassage chair is a must. And I cannot get enough of the underwater treadmill. The warm water paired with motion has been so helpful with my chronic pain. Listen, just go! You'll find calm and so much more.

Love the new location! Very comfortable, well organized, and clean. Inventory is well stocked and beautifully displayed. Staff members are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will be back!

Just visited the new shop today and it is absolutely lovely!! The aroma of the beach is immediate when you walk through the doors. So delightful and calming! We were greeted by a sweet lady who assisted in answering questions regarding stone information. The collection of stones and jewelry were amazing! I walked away with some gems and jewelry and can't wait to show them off. Will be returning soon!

Absolutely LOVE R3 Wellness. I cannot recommend them enough. Today, I did the underwater treadmill and within 15 minutes I was relaxed and all my aches and pains were gone.
