I want to thank the team at Petco tonight. I called in a panic as I found a kitten who's mother had disappeared and the kitten was starving. I called the store at 8:35 asked if they could pull me some kitten milk and I was on the way. This store is 15 minutes from me. Aubrey assured me to not rush they were open and someone would wait for me to be to get there. I arrived with the store closing within 5 minutes. I was not rushed, Kayla and some other team members helped me find the bottles and were so pleasant and helpful. So thank you for a crazy, panic cat lady who I pray saved a kitten with Petcos help.

The gentleman at the vet services area was very nice and personable. He helped us with our vet’s prescriptions and assisted in getting us the prescription wet and dry food.

Great Customer Service, awesome doggie manners and store/grooming area is very clean❣️🙌🏽🙏🏾🙏🏾💯 Thank you kindly for our "Sir Prince" feel very special❤️

Most of the staff here is good. The one bigger lady who I assume is a manager though, is rude as hell. When I asked a simple question she responded in a super rude, snarky tone like I was bothering her.

Odin loves coming here to get his ice cream and to make friends. Great staff, always clean and stocked.
