We went to the Durham location on Renaissance Parkway recently. We were greeted by two pleasant & enthusiastic young women. We began talking to them and found they are studying in an early college program. They were both so bright and engaging I told them we would be contacting their manager/owner.
Jade & Leah are exactly the employees I would want in any business I owned.
The owner of this ice cream store is fortunate to have them. They are both excellent examples of awesome employees but more importantly, they are both bright lights for the future.

Very good shop Jack Richardson was super helpful and kind. Helped me pick the best flavor and got me my ice cream quickly. Handsome.

This shop offers inside and outside seating. The service is great and definitely a place of ice cream for all number of groups. The rewards program is free to join and definitely would join it. It’s placed in a very walkable area including that of Target.

Great ice cream and friendly service! The flavors are always fresh, and there’s a good variety to choose from. Perfect spot to grab a treat on a warm day. Highly recommend!

During the recent PJ Day event, the service team was significantly understaffed with only two employees handling a long line. Although the staff remained friendly and professional under pressure, my chocolate raspberry cone was served completely melted mush. It was clear the team needed managerial assistance to handle the volume and ensure product quality. Very unprofessional.
