Ive been seeing Val for 6 years and she is phenomenal. Her massage is very therapeutic and she’s incredibly skilled at changing her approach to target my needs each visit. I highly recommend her!

Good for people who are uncomfortable with human touch massages. I would’ve preferred a regular massage. With a human, you can just keep your eyes closed and tell them what you want versus opening my eyes putting on my glasses and having to adjust the machine.I am tall and wanted a full body massage, which indicated that it went to my calves when in fact, it only reached my knees. In my opinion, the water jets didn’t feel any different than the massage mat I use at home.

David is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had and I’ve been going to him for years. He always asks what areas need attention and adjusts the pressure accordingly. He keeps me upright!

Val is a master manipulator . But, in a Good way !!
I felt heard and all of my issues were addressed and then some.

One of my favorite massage envy locations.
Every time I've visited, the massage therapists have been outstanding and truly deserve all the praise! I recently went with my aunt, and we had a wonderful experience.
There were several girls at the front desk, all of whom were incredibly polite, helpful, and respectful. Sara and Liiz assisted us, and both were exceptionally kind and genuinely attentive. Sarah mentioned she's in junior management, and I believe she deserves to move up in her role. Her long hair is also beautiful—I'm totally jealous! I really hope both Liz and Sara are recognized for their excellent service.

Stephen is such an excellent massage therapist. He is very well educated on the different types of massages, body areas, and techniques. He’s constantly improving his practice by attending conferences and learning more about the art of massaging. He ensures I am comfortable throughout the massage. I have referred friends and my partner and they all feel the same. Stephen is a great asset to ME.

I have been a member for years. Love that you can go to any massage envy anywhere and use credits. My go to masseuse at the Southpoint location is Cheryl. She is absolutely amazing!

I adore my therapist, Val. She is always very attentive and accommodating. There are numerous therapists on-site. Able to schedule online, my phone, and in person. I’ve been coming here to this location in durham for years.

This was my second time seeing Stephen and it was just as good as the first time, if not better. I travel a lot for work, so once home, I look forward to decompressing and a great massage. At this point, I know I’ll get that each time with him. Don’t walk, run!

Stephen is great. He really focus on the main points that bother me, but also takes the time to work on other areas that makes me feel so relaxed. My shoulders improved so much from my first session, when I thought there was nothing I could do anymore for that pain. Well, he did.
