My siblings and I love noodle dishes and a good atmosphere. That's just what we got at Noodle 501! We were so excited to see this place pop up when we were searching for ramen, so we decided to give it a try. We were definitely impressed. We had two different ramen dishes, glass noodles, crab rangoons, and Thai tea - all of which were delicious. One of the owners was serving, and they were extremely helpful in helping us decide what dishes would best suit our taste and answered all questions with kindness. I personally love the fact you can add most anything to your dish and choose different spice levels. I enjoy spice, so I went for a level three. It was the perfect amount of spice without overpowering the flavor of the dish. We also really liked the artwork which made the environment fun, and a nice place to relax and enjoy each other's company. We will definitely be returning for more!
*Dish pictured is the beef stew ramen with corn and a boiled egg added. Super delicious and meat was soooo tender! Highly recommend.

So glad we found this gem! We got the crispy drunk noodles, vegetable tempura, and green curry noodles all were easily made vegan. It was delicious and so flavorful! They do not joke around with the spice level 😂 can’t wait to come back!

Solid spot. We got there on a Sunday just a few minutes after opening. And thankful we did because it filled up fast. The noodles are delicious. For someone who enjoys spice, level 3 was comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly.
This location is somewhat small but very well kept. Bathrooms are clean and inviting as well.

Asian food with a Thai emphasis, and very delicious! We got the duck ramen, the yellow chicken curry noodle, and mango sticky rice.
Duck ramen had great flavor, noodles cooked well, and tasted basically like a duck noodle soup from any good Thai restaurant. Better than most I've had around the area actually. I would get it again.
Chicken curry noodle was also spiced well, but i was not expecting the noodles to be like what you'd put on an Asian sesame salad. Still tasty though, just not what I expected.
Mango sticky rice was sweet but not too sweet, not drenched in coconut milk or condensed milk like a lot of other places. The rice was green though, probly a bit of food coloring, although the waiter said it was due to some sugar and cooking process. Either way, it tasted great so I don't care if they added color.
Definitely coming back again!
