The food was great and the service was excellent. The gentleman who served us was very kind and gave excellent recommendations.
We got the Takoyaki, Drunken Noodles, Tonkatsu Ramen, and the Mango Sticky Rice.
All of it was delicious! Would recommend. -
Noodle 501 has been my go-to spot for authentic noodle dishes, and I’m thrilled they’ve expanded their menu to include rice dishes too. The staff is genuinely friendly and attentive, and you can taste the difference that fresh, quality ingredients make in every bowl. Highly recommend for anyone craving delicious Asian / Thai cuisine!

Three of us came in for an early dinner to our favorite noodle house - 501! A smiling hostess welcomed us with a very warm and friendly greeting, then the owner immediately came over and asked if my son would be having his usual Tonkotsu Ramen. We ordered two bowls of that and the Khao Soi - the crispy tofu version. Our food came out very quickly. The khao soi was topped with crispy fried ramen noodles, red onion slivers and green onion. On the side of these inviting textures was a mountain of crispy, golden fried tofu. The tofu stayed crunchy for a long time. The ramen, with its yellow curry broth, was so unbelievably rich and delicious that I had a Ratatouille moment on the first bite that took me back to 1996, NYC’s Kelly & Ping in SoHo. I almost felt like crying. Perfectly spiced, it was a creatively presented, edible canvas, with a beautifully crafted flavor profile and a transportive experience. The tonkotsu was also reliably delicious and each of us had a generous portion that filled us up with some left over. There were plenty of extra napkins on the table in a pop up dispenser. Two very friendly folks on the wait staff attended to the tables, taking verbal orders from customers, refilling water frequently - and really they checked on us just the right amount of times. The menu had some added items since my last visit, so the creative evolution of the chef is noted and appreciated. I sense a culinary artist or two are working magic in the kitchen and we’re really excited to come back soon to try their newest offerings, if we can tear ourselves away from our old favorites! We love this place and what they’re achieving here!

Soooooo good! We ordered pad Thai and udon drunken noodles. Both were delicious! The service was very friendly, helpful and the food came out quickly. The chocolate cake was very rich and fudgy too!
The medium was pretty spicy and the mild was a little spicy too, so beware ordering hot or very hot. 😆 -
I had ordered in before and been very happy with the food, but the jump in quality when dining in is absolutely phenomenal. Thomas made sure our visit in was not going to be our last with phenomenal service, a caring and charming personality, and flavor in spades. Firstly the Curry Rotee, an amazing balance of salt and spice in a phenomenal yellow curry, the only complaint I could make is I cannot buy it by the jar full. The rotee came out crisp and flaky, warm and the perfect vessel for the curry. The Thai Tea is absolutely perfect, sweet without being sachryn and being able to actually taste the star Anise is a refreshing find. The Seafood Tom Yum, ugh I still taste it. Bright lemongrass, perfect spice, and a delicious medley of fresh seafood. Thank you so much, I cannot wait to be back
