Amazing shop, even better people! Jacob was incredible at answering my questions, even for a simple back wheel flat replacement. What started out in my mind as a quick stop and go, turned into a mini fireside chat about the history of aluminum frames innovation by Cannondale, the Zen of motorcycle maintenance and the versatility of Nike killshots. Felt like I was learning much more and gaining a greater appreciation for cycling even from a routine service appointment. Thank you and I will be back 🙏 -
My husband and I came in looking to see some bikes, Dave greeted us at the door and was so extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We thoroughly appreciated all his help and we were able to get some great bikes with the Labor Day sale, we did go purchase from the Raleigh location due to inventory. -
This place is a complete scam. I bought a bike with a very expensive lifetime repair warranty in 2021. They said it would be free for any repairs for life. Well, I went in for a repair today and the service guy told me that the warranty not only expired, but was only a manufacture warrenty. (I NEVER just buy manufacturer warranties). I was actually going to repair that one AND buy a bigger bike, but after I was informed I would have to pay for all repairs, I will never spend another dollar there. I let them tell me about the $300 used bikes, but then left to buy the same bike, brand new from Walmart for $160. -
It was a great experience! Adam was so helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I got everything I needed for my bike and safety. The selection of smaller framed bikes gave me options (4’10” petite woman needs a smaller frame). I love the bike! -
***Update***
So after putting a few (4 miles) on the bike, derailleur wasn't adjusted correctly, bolt holding it to the bike also loose, shift cable also maxed tight so couldnt use the barrel adjuster at all and the bike wouldnt shift up gear by gear. Tried two different nx gearsets too before I took it to get adjusted thinking it was that. Rob (tech) had made a comment about the rear brake being squishy/feeling sloppy and will eventually need to be replaced. Awesome, no worries. Noticed it on the ride too. Got home and did a once over on the bike, caliper screws weren't tightened at all not was the bracket it bolts too. Works perfectly now with zero issue. Other bolts loose too but it is what it is i guess. You guys couldve seriously injured me or destroyed my bike. They are polite enough but attention to detail is very lacking. Will not be returning.
Took my hardtail to these guys after they were recommended to me from another shop.
Rob blead my brakes, adjusted my derailleur, new chain, installed a few parts I wanted on and did a once over on the bike for me and came in less than what was originally quoted and both were inexpensive in comparison to other shops. Could not be happier with the service and the communication. Great turn around time too. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend them.
