Stopped in on a Monday afternoon to pick up a few slices (or 5) of cake. We got the strawberry shortcake, carrot cake, cookies and creme, chocolate with vanilla frosting, and chocolate with chocolate frosting. These are big slices of cake but they're still pretty pricy. I think we paid $60 something in total. The cake was good but I don't think it was anything too special. Were they $60 good? That I'm not sure of.

Our meals are always perfectly prepared and delicious. The fresh ingredients and recipes at Nantucket make it a healthy choice for us. The Atlantic salmon dinner with roasted asparagus is my favorite. The service is always excellent. Crystal is a very efficient waitress, whom we always look forward to seeing.

I wish I could rate it 2.5 stars—my experience was better than a 2 but not quite a 3. This used to be a place we enjoyed eating, but it’s no longer worth what they charge for a meal. The $28 crab cakes looked and tasted like the ones you find in the frozen foods section of the grocery store. The restaurant also felt cluttered. Supplies you’d expect to see in a storage room are kept in the hallway and out in front of the door. Our server was good and we were seated quickly though.

Father’s Day dinner was great. Good food, really enjoyed the patio, service was good. The only complaint is the automatic gratuity added to the bill. It’s an infuriating practice. The only time it’s even remotely appropriate is with large disjointed parties which we were not, we had 4. And if you insist on the practice, at least make it clear to people. It’s not even obvious on the bill unless you study it. Then the hand you the cc reader with options to add a gratuity, again not making it clear you’ve already tipped.
I waited tables in my 20s. I know quality service that’s worthy of 20, 30, 40%. But adding it automatically is disrespectful, presumptuous, entitled, and it this case, dishonest. It’s enough to keep us away in the future. If you can’t be respectful and honest with patrons, it’s a really big deal to many of us.

We have been dining here for years and love the burgers, sandwiches, wings and jambalaya pasta. Oh and the cake! The Strawberry shortcake is decadent and we even ordered it for birthday parties and family celebrations. The staff is always helpful and friendly and we love the casual atmosphere for lunch or dinner.

I really enjoyed the food and my Server was very nice. I ordered the grilled Cod sandwich, which was cooked perfectly to my request and a fresh side salad that was yummy. The Strawberry Shortcake is very good, it was hard to pick from the different varieties of Shortcakes. Definitely coming back and try every Shortcake.

This place has become my annual birthday stop. I loveeee the stuffed shrimp and risotto. Their crab dip is amazing. Roasted chicken is super good. The cakes are insane. I’ve literally had them all and didn’t find one I don’t like. Highly recommend. Cute spot with outdoor seating and just really great food.
