Erika is very down to earth and easy to connect with but she excels at lash lifts and facials! My skin feel smoother and is glowing after a deep cleaning and dermaplaning. I see her every 8 weeks for a lash lift to brighten my appearance and feel youthful. Would highly recommend!

If there was a higher rating than 5, Tim would get it! I have been enjoying a monthly deep tissue massage for at least 2 years now and have been extremely happy with the service he provides. Tim always checks in advance to see if there is anything particular going on with my body that he should pay special attention to. For example, now that I'm at a point of healing from knee replacement surgery he spent a lot of time addressing that area in my last visit. Love ya, Tim!

Ashleigh is absolutely awesome. She had done my hair for many years before I moved an hour away almost 2 years ago. I could not find anyone to cut/style/etc. with the confidence, experience, professionalism, talent, etc. that she provides for me. I am no longer looking in my area. I will travel to see her.

Bella Trio is a delightful salon. I see Ashleigh who is wonderful! She always helps me to my chair. I am a senior needing assistance and she’s right there to provide it. Her own hair is impeccable. Her shampoos are a tonic for me. And I love to chat with her about pets, people, life‘s good and bad times, philosophizing all the way. And if quiet is what you need, she can provide that too. She gives me good counsel on the products they provide, and I’ve never been steered wrong. She definitely has skill in hair design.

Cheyenne at Bella Trio Salon is truly amazing. She is so kind, sweet, and patient, and always takes her time with my hair. She lets me make my own personal changes (even when I’m being annoying or indecisive) and never makes me feel rushed or bad about it. I always feel comfortable and heard in her chair.
She somehow gives me exactly what I want every time. My hair has honestly never looked this good. Even going to her just for a simple haircut has made such a big difference. She also gave me great shampoo and conditioner recommendations and took her time explaining them, which I really appreciated.
On the rare chance something isn’t perfect, she corrects it immediately without hesitation, but honestly, that almost never happens. And her scalp massages during a cut and wash are amazing.
If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about your hair and your experience, Cheyenne is the best. I couldn’t recommend her more.

I have been loving the combo massage and facial with Kristen! She is the best massage therapist and facialist and also a super nice human being. I recommend 90 minutes at least but oh 2 hours would be bliss. Highly recommend getting on her calendar for this combo - you won’t regret it!

Absolutely wonderful service. Earlier in the year I received a 30-min massage with Heidi and it was so relaxing I truly lost track of time. I decided to book a 60-min and it was obviously even better. I will happily return!

I just had a wonderful facial by Morgan. I had not had one in years so it was an aesthetician challenge for sure! She was great for my 65 year old skin. Lots of dead skin removal, peach fuzz and chin hair - all gone! The warm towels, massages and moisturizers were so relaxing! I recommend at least one hour with Morgan.

Jenn quite literally saved my life today! I had TWO botched haircuts in one day and their front desk manager, Joey, felt confident that Jenn could fix it and he got me an appointment the same day.
Jenn was so friendly and knowledgeable and she did a beautiful job fixing my hair without removing too much length. I walked away with a new stylist and feeling so fresh and happy with my new hair cut.

Shelton is absolutely amazing. We bring the whole family to him and he keeps exceeding everyone’s expectations. The consultation before he begins cutting is very in depth. I was in the Durham area long term for a work assignment and struggled to find a place to cut and highlight my hair and wax and tint my eyebrows. I chose this place because of the great reviews, and I'm SO glad I did! Morgan (brows) and Cheyenne (hair) were godsends 🙌🏻 My brow hair is super light, and Morgan was able to find the absolute perfect shade to tint them so that they looked natural but still bold, like I prefer them. Her waxing jobs are skillful and efficient, and on top of that, she's one of the kindest people I've ever met. Cheyenne was a literal mind reader -- I would come to her chair with a really vague idea of what I wanted my hair to look like and every time she knocked it out of the park, all while making me laugh throughout my appointment. Both women were so attentive during my appointments, always making sure I was comfortable and checking in with me to make sure I was happy with the work they did. They're also both incredibly knowledgeable about the products the salon stocks, and when I mentioned having dry skin or a desire to style my hair a certain way, they akways had recommendations at the ready, but never pushed anything on me or made me feel pressured to buy products I didn't want. I'm being relocated for work again, but I'm going to dearly miss them and am already trying to figure out how to schedule my hair/brow appointments for the next time I'm in the Durham area. Truly cannot say enough how happy I was with their services. If you're new to the area and looking for your place, this is it!
