Elite cardboard gaming is my go to place to get Pokemon cards. Tom has a great selection of product and it’s always a pleasure stopping in to pick up some product. I have been doing business with this shop for a while now and I have never once been disappointed. I have pulled so many great BIG hits from this store. Not only is the product great from this store but the owner Tom is truly an awesome person. He isn’t just trying to sell product to people he builds relationships with his customers. If you have a question he is always more than happy to help in any way he can. He also has awesome workers like Ralph. I promise this place will not disappoint!! Please check this place out I promise you won’t be let down. Here are some of my recent pulls from product bought from Elite. Yes I pulled 2 of the mega Gengars from his shop, one was in a GOD pack. Always smiles when shopping at Elite!!!!!!

Awesome little shop! The store is clean, the layout was easy to navigate, and the staff was nice.

My child and I were hunting down some trading cards and had already stopped at a few other stores that were entirely sold out before we got here.
He is just starting out his collection and had $20 bucks to start it. The staff was super nice to him and even gave him a deal to purchase his first ever 3 packs.
We will definitely be coming back when to get him some more cards in the future.

I moved to the area a couple of years ago and was searching for a place where I could buy, trade, and actually play some games. I’m really glad I found ECG. They have a great selection of cards, and whenever I’ve been looking for pre-release events, they’ve always come through.
The community here is awesome! Friendly, but still competitive in the best way. Ralph and Tom are consistently welcoming and knowledgeable, which makes a big difference. At this point, it genuinely feels like I’ve found my home for cardboard gaming!

A nice, clean shop but the guy I assume is the owner needs lessons in customer service. Just asking him a general question, he seems annoyed to answer it.

I went in looking for singles for PE and asked if he had a separate location for poke ball / master ball cards. He said that I needed to go to TCGPlayer website and search for their store because those cards cost more.

Who in business would ever turn away a physical customer in the store looking for an item(s) that you more than likely keep at the store anyways. And that customer was WILLING to buy them in person at that moment.

So I said thanks, bought 4 singles for $2 and left. Went to another card shop 30 mins away where I asked the same question, they showed me where they had them, found several I was missing and bought from them instead. That store made $50-60 dollars off me for just doing the bare minimum of customer service.

That is how customer service should have been ECG. I would have more willing to buy from the local shop that's less than 10 mins from me than going to DT Raleigh for the same items.

I doubt I'll be back at this location unless I am looking for a specific IR card that I can't find anywhere else ̄\_(ツ)_/ ̄

Great community everyone’s super friendly and they accept for who you are. They offer Pokemon cards, magic the gathering, and more. Has a decent amount of sealed products almost every time I come in. They host local tournaments every weekend fun crowd their always nice, they have a decent amount slabs and a big collection of IR’s, SIR’s, SAR’s and full arts! Great service and good for trading.
