Wow!! Run to this place!! The shakes are SO delicious!! The staff was super friendly and fun to speak with. They had noticed I left my husband and dog outside and offered my dog a pup cup!! Who has that kind of customer service any more? The workers were two twin boys that were exceptional in their customer relations. Highly recommend the Peanut Butter Brownie shake and the Chocolatier. Yum!

Stopped by The Milkshake Factory during my visit and was seriously impressed. They have what is probably the best dairy-free ice cream I’ve ever had. The flavor and overall quality was outstanding.
The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided great service. The shakes were amazing and definitely lived up to the hype.
I’ll absolutely be coming back the next time I’m in town. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great dessert, especially if you’re searching for quality dairy-free options. 🍦🥤 -

I'd recommend the chocolate peanut brownie milkshake. That, along with some bark or a truffle will give you just enough of a sugar high to make it through throws at you today! -
Stopped by MilkShake Factory in Durham tonight because I was craving something sweet, and it did not disappoint! The service was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My order was prepared quickly, and the staff was kind, attentive, and efficient.
I ordered the Salted Caramel Milkshake, and it was absolutely delicious, rich, creamy, perfectly blended, and full of flavor. It was exactly what I was hoping for and definitely hit the spot!

Stopped by and had an awesome experience! The milkshake was thick, creamy, and packed with flavor. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and it looked just as good as it tasted.
