I had the coconut milk tea and it was AMAZING. The cups are super high quality and the boba were perfect and not hard like I’ve experienced other places. It was maybe 6 dollars, the staff were so sweet, and it was ready so fast. Best experience here so far! 10/10 recommended!

Always great milk tea, with prompt and friendly service, despite being constantly busy. Please allow us to be able to tip the barristas that are currently on shift! I think many customers would provide this additional tip beyond the “store tip” you can tack on during payment. Keep up the great work!

Great bubble tea! This is the second milklab location in Durham, inside the Southpoint mall by the escalators near the food court. The prices are similar to the other milklab and the drinks were tasty. Ordered Uji Matcha Latte and it was good. Alternative milk substitute is free (oat, soy, almond milk options). Fast service friendly staff.

This is definitely my favorite bubble tea place! Ordered the Taro milk tea latte and the cocomelon! It is delicious! The location in southpoint does not serve their roll up ice cream, only bubble tea. If you want to try their ice cream, they have 3 other locations in the triangle area.
