The store appears understaffed and poorly managed. There were very few employees available to help, the store was disorganized, and the overall attitude of the staff was unwelcoming. One employee was clearly trying to help multiple customers at once, but the lack of support and negative demeanor from staff made the experience frustrating. Better staffing, training, and customer service focus are needed.

I hate checking myself out. There were many items that did not have prices on the item and were out of place. Had to get sales person to scan items for accurate pricing. Otherwise I love all the available crafting supplies. Anything I need u can usually find and more!!!

This is one of the best Michael’s I’ve been to. It was stocked and well organized. The store was clean as well. An employee greeted us as we came in. They had a great sale going on teeming with new spring and summer decor and crafts - a crafter’s and creative’s delight.

Excleent selection of balloons and very helpful service. I went to Michaels to buy balloons for a child's birhtday. An employee, Mikey, was terrific --- helped me navigate the different, options, prices and pick-up options that were best for my schedule. She was patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank you! I will be back for balloons and other products.

Always seems to have more than I need for a craft project! Store was clean. Used self checkout but attendant there was courteous and greeted me. Will shop there again.
