Melanie has been such a big help through our entire experience of buying things to be first time parents. She has made it so easy for us and took the time to go out of her way to keep us informed on sales and our shipments. What a difference it makes to have such great customer service!!

My husband and I just got home from setting up a baby registry at this location and although it felt like a marathon and was at times overwhelming (first baby!), the staff and store manager were amazing!!! Dani was with us for 3+ hours the first visit and then another 6+ hours our final visit and she was so friendly and patient. Megan is the store manager and she really helped us get through the last part of our registry when we were exhausted and ready to give up. Other staff helped us too with strollers, car seats, baby carriers, and everyone was amazing! Thank you so so much for all your help!!!

This guys are incredible. The service is great, the knowledge they have of the products they carry is impressive, and they are extremely friendly. They go beyond what is expected. One time we suspected one item was left behind at the store and once they were able to verify that the item was indeed not placed in our bag, they mailed it to us at no cost. Awesome baby store!

I'd like to comment on the fantastic experience my wife and I had ordering gifts for our friend's baby boy in Florida.
Abby was extremely helpful and make maintained a smile on her face throughout the whole process. In addition, Melanie was also great. Again helpful, and a real pleasure to work with. Thank you both. -
Drove to Durham from Reidsville and spent the afternoon at this store with my family completing my registry. We were all blown away by the amazing support throughout our visit. Manny seemed to always be there when we needed help or had a question, and provided much needed information and assistance. He even made sure I registered for some things that many people forget. Tony was also very helpful when we needed a lot of help trying to decide on a stroller. I would highly recommend a trip to this store!
