Dicks just got a new customer. I come in to shop for an order for a single item. I am greeted by an employee who quickly asked me how my day is going and is there anything he can do to help. I have never really shopped at dicks before. But that will now change.
I was greeted by Owen! Very Nice and Polite Very positive vibe type. I told Owen iv never really shopped here before but I got an order for an item and I showed him a picture and he said he knew right where they were and for me to wait there and he went and grabbed one. Meanwhile another employee pushing a cart Greeted me as well and was very nice. His name was Dantz We ended up chatting about the commanders and then owned showed back up and also joined in and there we were for a couple minutes chatting like good ol Freinds who knew each other for years!
Sadly the conversation has to end we all had to get back to work lol.
These two employees knock it out of the park. I wish more employees were this enthusiastic and upbeat at work!
Will definitely be returning to the store for future purchases because of these two outstanding employees.

Shout out to Scott the manager for being super available, kind, and helpful!! Found the outdoor wagon of my dreams today. Couldnt have done it without the supportive staff and boppin playlist they had bumping the whole time.

Great store, good.prices. I love the online shopping and delivery, my kids play soccer and I was able to setup delivery day and time especially for the occasion! Nice

I went for some tredmill belt lubrication. It wasn't any in the store (online it said there were three). But a woman helped me out and when she couldn't find it, she had Malcolm help me. They both were very nice and helpful. Malcolm placed an order online for me while in the store and it was quick and easy. According to my girls, he's nice on the eyes(he is) and sounds tough, in a good way, lol. But I was still able to get what I came for with the help of those two, thank you!!

My visit really solidified the best reasons to go to a brick and mortar store. Found everything I needed and that was enabled by the staff being easily accessible, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great experience! I was sad to see the parking lot so empty, I sure hope this location lasts since they seem to be doing everything right and have a great staff!
