On Thursday I got what might have been the best sandwich I've ever had. I was struggling to figure out what I wanted and the greatest employee gave me his take on a beef sandwich. It was amazing. I recommend it to everyone who goes and hope they add it to the menu. It has Chipotle mayo, cheese, and on a panini bread.

Huge and very busy Jason's Deli in Durham. Very surprised at the size of this operation. Food was fast and good. Mac and cheese was basic. Combo was enough to be filling and after some digging for a soft cookie it topped off my meal nicely. -
First time ever eating at Jason's Deli so I anticipated your standard sandwich shop, but Gregory's kindness, charm and professionalism was by no means standard! Above and beyond customer service as I observed him assisting and elderly customer to his car with his order. The quality of the food I ordered was superb and I'm eager to come back again and explore more of the menu options. Everything seems very affordable too! Will be recommending for awhile for an excellent lunch and service that truly makes you feel welcomed.

Great New York Yankee sandwich and great service too. The sandwich is a beast to eat but delicious and well prepared. Still the best sandwich on the menu!

I tried to go to Jason’s deli new hope commons location because on their website they say they close at 10:00pm. I arrived at 9:43 and the manager had already locked up the store, because there were still several employees inside we tried to get the manager’s attention to which he looked at us, and tried to ignore us. Seeing that we were noticed we knocked again and waved, to which he then cracked open the door and told us that do to being short staffed they had to close up early. My dad, and I, aswell as 2 other customers told him that the website says they close at 10 and that this is not ok. We really like Jason’s deli and go there often because it’s one of the only places to eat healthy at this time of night. We feel like this is very poor management on their part because they seemed to be sufficiently staffed and closed practically 20 minutes before what’s posted online.
