Framing department does a great job IF they're actually there during store hours. Went in on a Friday when the store opened at 9, no one was at framing. No signs saying when anyone would be in, nothing. Michaels management apologized and said they'd be in at 10. Waited around for an hour and came back at 10, still no one. Then management then said they'd be in at 4. Really? After having over an hour of my time wasted waiting around for someone who was never going to show up, I went elsewhere for my framing needs. You should too if you want someone reliable.

This Michael's was wonderful. Even though it looked like truck day, the employees were super nice. The store was wheelchair accessible and limited mobility friendly. They had a self propelled wheelchair available for those who needed it. Around 4 employees asked me how I was and if they could help me. It was a VERY pleasant experience. It has been a while since I have had such a good in store retail experience!

I think this is the store I went to. My experience at this store was very positive. A store clerk whose name is David Archin (?) (a man with glasses) was very courteous and helpful. I found the product I was looking for!

A wide variety of paper crafting supplies for my hobby. The store has been remodeled and it is much more streamlined, uncluttered and well organized. Love shopping there. I used the self checkout feature today for the first time and really liked it. It was easy to use with large computer screens!

Friendly staff who promptly filled on line order, even helped carry frames to car. My go to location for frames and art supplies!
