Excleent selection of balloons and very helpful service. I went to Michaels to buy balloons for a child's birhtday. An employee, Mikey, was terrific --- helped me navigate the different, options, prices and pick-up options that were best for my schedule. She was patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank you! I will be back for balloons and other products.

This is one of the best Michael’s I’ve been to. It was stocked and well organized. The store was clean as well. An employee greeted us as we came in. They had a great sale going on teeming with new spring and summer decor and crafts - a crafter’s and creative’s delight.

BAD costumer service, I misread a sign that was talking about a discount and thought that the things that were BEHIND THE SIGN had that discount. He was raising his voice and being rude at me and my mom. The rest of the staff is great but that guy has some attitude

Probably one of the worst experiences I've had at any retailer ever. Not just Michael's.

My wife was in there shopping for me, looking for creative things I could use for my team at work. While she was looking at a product on the lower shelf, there was a stool on the floor beside it. She was talking to me about what was down there while she sat on the stool.

Some female manager with the name starting with an S came up to her and was very rude asking if she was going to buy the stool. She said she stated she diddnt plan to and the manager demanded she get off it since she wasn't planning to buy it. My wife asked why, she was looking at the lower items on the floor and its only been like a minute. The manager diddnt care and made her get off the stool.

My wife went to the front to complain about the attitude she recieved and talk to a manager, which she learned the one who was so rude to her was the manager.

She left there shaking because of how upset she was with this interaction.

My wife has had 2 hip surgeries and looking at the lower selves is hard. If the manager even thought to ask a simple question beyond are you gling to buy it, maybe she would have realised the customer she was talking to has a handicap disability and the stool was a blessing to look at the lower products.

We dont plan to shop here again. Customer service was horrible.

In general, I really like Michael's stores. This one seems to be neglected though. It's really kind of disheveled, cramped and dirty.
And on a Saturday morning, it seemed understaffed with younger workers who didn't seem to know much about the product.
I had some very simple questions regarding paint and paint pens and the young woman I was speaking with looked like a deer in the headlights.
They do have everything you need in terms of crafts and things for picture frames and such, but I think there are probably better options in the area.
