I think this is the store I went to. My experience at this store was very positive. A store clerk whose name is David Archin (?) (a man with glasses) was very courteous and helpful. I found the product I was looking for!

Friendly staff who promptly filled on line order, even helped carry frames to car. My go to location for frames and art supplies!

Floors are really gross. A few things I was looking for that Michael's normally has weren't there (i.e. modelling supplies) they had things incorrectly stocked and opened/used product on the shelves. Staff are always nice at least.
