The ladies employed there were extremely helpful and pleasant. I came to pick up an order for my daughter-in-law and they were very welcoming. It was such a quick transaction, I walked around the store to plan my next trip back to this location.

The supervisor or manager was scolding the employees in front of us right at the front of the store... if you have a need to address conduct, don't embarrass your employees in the middle of the floor. I shop at Micheals regularly and as a customer, this was disturbing to see.

LOVE MICHAEL’S! They are my go to shop for every DIY project, special occasions, & holiday decor. The staff is amazing!
