The ladies employed there were extremely helpful and pleasant. I came to pick up an order for my daughter-in-law and they were very welcoming. It was such a quick transaction, I walked around the store to plan my next trip back to this location.

Framing department does a great job IF they're actually there during store hours. Went in on a Friday when the store opened at 9, no one was at framing. No signs saying when anyone would be in, nothing. Michaels management apologized and said they'd be in at 10. Waited around for an hour and came back at 10, still no one. Then management then said they'd be in at 4. Really? After having over an hour of my time wasted waiting around for someone who was never going to show up, I went elsewhere for my framing needs. You should too if you want someone reliable.
