After picking up my sandwich, when I got home my daughter noticed hair in the sandwich before eating. I called the store and they remade the sandwich after having to bring the old one back. -
They’re usually ok, definitely better than most chain sandwich shops but their quality has really decreased in the last few years. It varies from chain to chain and this franchise is definitely on the bad end. I ordered a large Big Kahuna cheesesteak this last time and they put in at least 3 handful of jalapeños AND forgot the cheese! I was very disappointed. Probably will be my last time at Jersey Mike’s.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Antonio at Jersey Mike’s! Every time I come in, he makes my sandwich (the #26) perfectly — it’s like he reads my mind and knows exactly how I like everything. You can tell he really takes pride in what he does, and that care shows in the quality of the food and the experience. From the moment you walk in, the customer service is top tier. Antonio always has a great attitude and makes you feel welcome. People like him are the reason I keep coming back!

That particular Sub is total perfection on each bite take me while back when I was three years old as an orphan seating on the table during launch time have this amazing kitchen smell as my grandmother prepares the grilled chicken but with such a perfect grill as Jersey Mike have, each bite I had was a memory hidden comes back to life , my jaw chewing up and down! HYUMM! HYUMM!
Well done in such Italian way “PRIMO!” -
A $20 Italian sub, without extra meat added, is the equivalent of a decent sized New York strip steak. That said, The jersey Mike's hoagie had better be perfect. So when I order it cut in half it should not come cut in four. And the meat should taste so fresh that I hear animal noises in the background. That wasn't the case with this hoagie. It tasted a little weird and the only thing I could attribute it to was that the meat wasn't as fresh as it should've been. I've had this hoagie many times in the past and honestly, this is the first time I've been disappointed.
